I've been a member for many years and received regular surveys until I reached 72 points. Since then I've receive ONE survey in TWO YEARS.

When I complained they fobbed me off with the usual excuses, no relevant surveys, etc. Odd that, since I'm a member of other, reputable survey panels and can complete many surveys per day.

it tells you a lot about a company when they refuse to pay you your balance because it's 'too much of an administrative burden' to do so. They obviously sucker people in by giving them regular surveys till they hit a cut-off point then the surveys stop. Presumably they're hoping people will get fed-up an leave, costing Hi nothing.

Now they don't even bother to reply to my emails.

Total crooks, avoid at all costs.

After years of doing surveys I had 225 points. I asked for 200 points to be sent as amazon voucher codes and it says i would recieve them within a few days. 3 weeks on and I have still not received them and email form goes to germany. No reply to any follow up emails also. Really poor service especially as I earned them and really needed the vouchers.

I think I've had only one or two survey invites in the last year from HI-epanel. My rewards have been languishing on around £8 for as long as I can remember, so what's the point in joining if it takes years to even get to a £16 Amazon gift certificate.
