One of their company promotions was going on and I also participated but I did not get the bonus, so I talked to the customer support team and they told me to wait for 5 days so I waited, after that when I told the customer service all the people who participated got the bonus and when I told the customer service they issued a condition, I did not get it even after doing it first, those who had what was in the bonus got the these company people and also of the customer support team I thase companies promotion please don't play this games And even before this I have been cheated, I had withdrawn Rs 178, once the money was showing successful but it did not come to the bank, after talking to the customer support team they are saying that there is a bank server issue, the money will be credited in 72 hours but it has been 2 months but I have not received it yet, do not wager any money on all these games, the bank will also be frozen thank you.

After meeting all the stated criteria—including public post duration, likes, and views—the support team began using endless stall tactics to avoid paying the reward.their support team is trying to disqualify users on nothing basis
Every time I contact them, they move the goalposts. First, they ask for a 24-hour review period. Once that passes, they claim "another team" needs to verify the account again or re-check the post. They have multiple support agents (with names like Guamette, Mico, and Akiko) who all give the same copy-pasted excuses to delay payment.
It is clear this is a tactic to get free advertising from users without ever intending to honor the prize money. If they can’t be trusted with a simple promotional reward, I wouldn’t trust them with any real money deposits. Be very careful with your personal data and do not expect to see any winnings from their "events."
