I got my order to Sweden after around 4 weeks. The glitter pigment is absolutely STUNNING. And the mixing drops works good together with it. I would like to buy more since I'm so happy with this first order but I am afraid I might not get the second order after reading here. I don't think it's a scam, but I think it's like one person trying to fill the shoes of an industry.... (?)

Ordered in November 2023, paid 1020 pounds and the parcel never arrived!!! Sent them messages every week, no reply!!

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. As the name states the cosmetics are hidden... Made an order around june 2023 and I am still waiting for my products. In the begining i had some email contact.. them saying they where going to send the products.. after a while they stopt responding. So i tried to contact them via instagram.. they blocked me... so Total SCAMM.. do not.. absolutly not buy here!

Never filled my order since june. I have been ignored and deleted at every attempt to contact them. Scam company, do not do business with them.

This brand is 1000% a scam. I placed a $60+ order on July 14th. It’s October 19th and there is no sign of my order. The company is going out of business and is holding a “closing” sale. Their Instagram states that they are “responding to DMs and emails this weekend queens” but they aren’t. There are so many furious buyers that want their money back or want a response, so the response from Hidden Cosmetics was to turn off their comments and mark the “please respond” comments through a spam filter. Their closing sale states that they’re out of stock of EVERYTHING I BOUGHT. So even if they respond to my order they wouldn’t be able to pack it. They’ve changed their contact email at least three times. So I know I’m never getting a response. I had to contact my bank and file a fraud report to get any money back, and the money never came from her pocket it came from the bank! The owner is a thief and a con artist. Good riddance Hidden Cosmetics, I wish you the worst. 💋

i've placed my order in nov/2022 and still have not received it. i've tried emailing, DMing and writing comments on insta but they pretty much ignore me. i honestly would still like to receive my order. i know i'm naive, but i try to believe it's not a scam... maybe they're just disorganized idk. that being said i would never ever recommend this brand, even if their products are beautiful (which i wouldn't really know because i'm yet to see it live).

I would give them a zero stars if it was possible. Scam. They have shop, insta, fancy swatches, but they will take your money and never send anything, never reply to any message, you will get literally nothing. Not worth bothering, there are so many other brands that make fab cosmetics and actually send the order.

I would like to review the product that I ordered in June of 2024. Except I never got it. And here we are in October with no messages, no emails, no product and no refund. WHAT A SCAM.

SCAMMERS! I ordered 3 products last June, I had the order confirmation but they still didn't send me anything. They share stories on their instagram saying they are responding to their emails and dms this weekend or that friday and they NEVER do. Do NOT buy from them. Honestly after reading all these comments I am thinking of starting a petition to get the brand shut down

I ordered 2 years ago and have yet to receive anything. They’ll be rude to you if you try to question them. Told me they don’t provide shipping numbers cause that costs them too much money lol. Please do yourself a favor and never ever order from them

Products are gorgeous! I'm starting with that. There was an issue of waiting longer than I'd like & I've spoken to the company to give the feedback that communication with customers needs to improve. That being said, my order arrived today, the colours are stunning & I'm very excited to try them out. Unfortunately, I can't see any option to add pictures as proof I've received my order.

Never shipped out my order. Don't answer mails or dms.

Was so worried when I checked the reviews AFTER I had ordered! Was ready to be scammed but my order has arrived only 8 days after purchasing.
Ordered the Poisoned Grape and the Holographic pigment. They are gorgeous. Makes me want to order more!

I never received my order. They are still ignoring mails and DMs even though they make posts on Instagram that they are sending out all orders, replying to emails, etc. Don't believe any of this! For a short while I thought they eventually would ship my order but it has been months now!!

Ordered items over 6 months ago and not only did they never reply to me when I repeatedly contacted them to ask where my delivery was, they deleted my comments on their TikTok page (and they've now shut off comments on every video). Scam business!

After having ordered twice before with long wait time I anticipated it wouldn’t be fast. But this time is another level saying they are closing, then taken over. DMs and emails being “responded to” and orders only a week beind. I ordered on 18/6 have chased and been ignored. In seeing all the messages on Instagram and on here I have now reported to tracing standards.

I have ordered with them before and had a fairly good experience with customer service but unfortunately this time around it has been abysmal. I ordered some products back in July and we are now well into September and I have had no updates at all from the company, I've tried getting in contact about 5 times now via email, their website contact form and even instagram DM’s but nothing seems to be getting through to them even though they are claiming on their insta stories to be replying to emails and DM’s. Its a shame cuz their products are so nice but the fact I've now waited two months nearly for an order of just TWO products is ridiculous.

Edit: as of 12th September 2024 i called them out on one of their insta posts and got a DM saying they're not scamming and apparently have sent out my order today but I'm yet to get a shipment email, they then turned off the comments on the post I commented on. Funny that.

Edit 2: as of Tuesday 1st October 2024 i FINALLY received my products which they actually had to ship out twice because i didnt receive the first lot they sent which they claimed to have sent on the 12th september 2024 but i don't believe they actually sent them to be honest and when I paid for first class i didn't expect to have to wait a whole week for my stuff and when i explained on Monday 30th september 2024 that nothing had turned up it seemed as if they were accusing me of lying when in fact NO products had turned up yet luckily they did the next day but i dont like being made out to be a liar when i clearly was not lying. I do feel that if i hadn’t called them out in their insta comments for being scammers i would never have known when i would get my stuff, i didn't even get a shipping email when it was sent therefore i doubt i will buy from them again unless significant changes are made to their customer service.

I wish I could give less than one star. In all transparency I can’t comment on what the actual product is like because it’s yet to arrive since ordering it back in july. They don’t respond to messages. Guess I just need to take the L. Luckily it wasn’t a lot of money but I’m disgusted and disappointed non the less. Wish I’d checked here first. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Edit. 28/9 - It finally arrived after waiting since JULY. I'd just sent the company a message about it still not being here when the posty put it through the door. Apparently I'm lying about that though, and trying to take advantage of a small indie company. Literally been accused of trying to steal.
At this point i dont care if this is the most beautiful product I ever put on my face I wouldn't use this rude, disfunctional, unprofessional company even if someone else was paying for it. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered in June, got an instant email that payment was received... Then nothing. Spammed their incessant Instagram ads and they finally responded a month ago saying my order would be shipped that week. And it never, ever was. Absolute con artists. Managed a charge back through my bank thank God. They publish new content every day almost so they're obviously around, but it seems by the mass bad reviews that they just collect orders and money and don't actually ship anything. The police need to get involved here.
