Andy helped me out of a desperate situation… my hearing aid charger had broken whilst visiting Bath for a few days. Andy managed to find me a replacement and also gave my aids a long overdue service .

I have been seeing Andy Collis at Hidden Hearing ,Bath for a long time. He is always very friendly and sorts out my hearing. I bought some new hearing aids in November , they were a bit expensive but life changing for me. I used to be quite a confident person but as my hearing got worse I lost a lot of confidence in myself. I found I was not meeting up with people socially anymore because I could not keep up with the conversation. I bought Oticon hearing aids and I am back to being quite a confident person again. I can hear the radio in my car again because the background noise is quieter. It is alk thanks to Andy who was really helpful and has helped me so much. The audiologist I saw - James Burt - was fantastic. I’ve been a Boots customer before but the service James gave was far superior to anything I’ve experienced at Boots. I have recommended Hidden Hearing to all my friends. I can highly recommend this company!

I cannot speak more highly of the excellent standard of service provided to me by Hidden Hearing (Bath).
- After having required hearing aids for many years, I suppose I had also become somewhat ‘used to the routine checks and upgrades’ without really questioning the ‘calibre of service’ received. - It then became necessary for me to change my Audiologist. “Hidden Hearing”, Bath was recommended and ‘they’ now care for me. Not only have they been absolutely superb, with their care, consideration and thoroughness in every stage of the checking, testing and fitting … but the ‘peace of mind’ felt afterwards, in knowing ‘the decision’, to select “Hidden Hearing” (Bath), was absolutely ‘spot on’ for me, is very gratifying. “Thank you”, Jane (and your other colleagues in the ‘Hidden Hearing Team’ at Bath), but most of all, “Thank you”, Andy for your painstaking thoroughness throughout the examinations and consultations.

I had a recent visit with Amy here in my Home at 37 Homechime House, Priory Road, Wells, BA5 1SH on Monday, 18th November 2024 at 9,30 pm. Amy was lovely to be, reassuring, friendly and a pleasure to be with and, as a result, I have booked an ear wax removable appointment in Wells.

I have used Hidden Hearing Bath for a number of years for ear wax removal. I have always had excellent service and today 21st November 2024 the procedure was carried out by Siobhan. Friendly and professional approach and carried out the wax removal with care. Very pleased customer. I will return.

Great team and excellent customer support - Hidden Hearing Bath

I stopped by Hidden Hearing Bath to seek support for my mother’s hearing aid (Bernafon) which she had bought overseas where she lives. Despite not being even their direct customer, I was so impressed with the support and help they provided on the spot. I could not help myself but think that if this was the attention and customer service that I was getting, the regular customers must be in such good hands for their hearing needs. Definitely recommended and deserves 5 star. Thank you Hidden Hearing Bath team!

Siobhan was amazing, she was professional and persevered until the job was finished.

Siobhan was phenomenal! Not only did she sort my ears out but she was super accommodating and really kind. I had a bit of issue with sensitivity towards the end of my initial session but I had some wax left in my right ear, so Siobhan recommended that we stop there and resume in a week to allow my ear to be less sensitive! They didn’t charge me for both sessions and I only had to pay for the 1 at the end of the second session which was really considerate! Honestly they are lovely there and super helpful!
