I went to the Chichester branch for wax removal. I was dismayed when the consultant talked over me and wouldn't let me get a word in edgeways even though I was asking sensible questions regarding how I should keep my ears clean in future. She became visibly annoyed and l was talked down to as though l were a child! The only thing that stopped me from walking out was that I had already paid for the service (they ask for payment before they have done anything!). When I mentioned that my right ear still felt blocked, instead of taking another look she became defensive and said she would email me the images showing that she had removed the wax. Then she said l had hearing loss in that ear and that l needed to be tested for a hearing aid (the hearing aid would cost several thousand pounds!).
I believe this company just want to sell their hearing aids and aren't interested in simply removing wax to make your life more comfortable. I will be returning to my previous hearing care centre who are reputable and at least you can have an adult conversation with!
The attitude at Hidden Hearing was atrocious and l am livid at being spoken to in that way. I never want to go back again. What a waste of £70. I don't recommend the Chichester branch AT ALL.

My mother-in-law has been under Hidden Hearing care for more than 2 years & it has always been a very positive experience. We were initially recommended to them by our neighbour who had been lucky enough to have been looked after by the wonderful Zoe Merry. I made an appointment & Zoe came to our house & she was wonderful I have written a review about that experience previously but since then we have had a couple of appointments with Zoe just to check everything was working as well as possible I can’t speak highly enough about her she is wonderful. She greets you with such a welcoming smile & personable manner treats you with such respect professionalism & care listens to everything that needs to be said & then works out exactly what needs to be done to optimise your hearing. Zoe spent time cleaning changing parts & running an upgrade on the hearing aids & it has made a huge difference for my Mother-in-law. We are so pleased & very grateful to Zoe for all she does to help us & for her lovely kind & patience manner.
Zoe is an amazing asset to Hidden Hearing & I really hope she is given the recognition she so rightly deserves thank you.

As always at this place, we were made to feel welcome, the receptionist chatted to us for the brief time we waited. The appointment was true to time and everything was explained and the wax removal was done efficiently. Thank you

I have had such a wonderful and friendly experience today, I saw dee for ear suctioning and by far the most thorough I have ever had (ive had many in other places) Dee was gentle and wasnt rushed at all which made it such a more comfortable experience especially as my ears are very tender. I will return for all my future ear needs. So lovely and clean inside. Have already recommended to a friend of mine.

Highly professional annual check up you always learn something new every year

Darren visited my house and after going through a series of hearing tests it became obvious that I needed help and decided that a hearing aid was the answer. There was no pressure from Darren but having been recommended Hidden Hearing by several friends I am so far very happy with the outcome.
