Would highly recommend Hideaway Holidays. The process was seamless and we had an amazing time away. Would definitely use them again.

Wonderful stay at Savasi

The staff is top notch, super friendly and helpful.
The food was superb and delicious.
Our Blue Lagoon villa 2 was exceptional. The pool and the view magnificent.
Snorkeling at the door step was brilliant.

The only complaint we would have is that the excursion trips are very expensive. With a family of 4 it was simply too much.
Overall we had a great time.

My husband and I wanted a 5 star, no hassle holiday for our 30th wedding anniversary. We decided on Fiji and discovered the packages offered on Hideaway Holidays, which were not only terrific value but also included lots of bells and whistles to make our stay extra special.
Maria from Hideaway Holidays couldn’t have made the process any easier for us, from booking our holiday to the flight home, everything was done for us, we just had to show up and enjoy - which we did happily! I would definitely recommend Hideaway Holidays for a stress free island escape.

Just returned from a week in Fiji with my daughter. This was our first trip post Covid so we were very much looking forward to it.

Lavenia from Hideaway Holidays was extremely helpful in organising our holiday. Having travelled to Fiji many times before I had some very specific requests regarding flight times and transfers and Lavenia went out of her way to accomodate our many requests. She was prompt, professional but also very understaning of our needs. I had contacted another travel agent previously who did not take our specific needs into consideration at all and almost "palmed me off" with a quote that did not cover anything I had initially requested. When I emailed them back requesting changes to their quote I received no reply at all.

We had 5 nights at Likuliku which is an Adults only resort in the Mamanucas so it is close to Nadi. As our flights to and from Sydney arrived and departed late in the evening and early in the morning we decided to stay in Nadi for the first and last night. Our accommodation at the Fiji Gateway in one of their refurbished rooms was perfect for an overnight stay. The hotel is literally across the road from the airport and offers clean rooms, pool, bar and restaurant offering good breakfast and dinner options.

Our 5 nights at Likuliku were in one word AMAZING. From the moment you arrived the staff went out of their way to may you feel "at home". Calling us by our names, remembering our room number and favourtie drinks or coffee selection. The rooms are beautiful and one of the largest bures I have stayed in. Beautifully furnished, lots of storage, huge bathroom with his/her sinks plus a wonderful outdoor shower. Fresh cookies, ice and plenty of Fiji water delivered each day along with many extra amenities such as insect spray and antibacterial hand wash. The turn down service at night was lovely. We came back to our bure after dinner to not only find our beds turned down, a bottle of water next to the bed but music softly playing and a lovely smelling tea light burning.

The food was absolutely wonderful. Fresh, tasty with lots of options even though menu is set for lunch and dinner. Seafood lovers will be in heaven however as we dont eat a lot of seafood we often chose dishes from the vegetarian option which were all tasty. Loved our chilled cooler served with lunch and the amuse bouche really awakened the palate. 5 star dining service with scented cooled hand towels before and after each meal, chilled water constantly topped up, beautifully set table and very attentive table service.

Pool area is lovely and there is a lot of activities such as village visits, snorkelling trips, island hopping, Cloud 9 visits, beach picnics however the activities are a little pricey. Really appreciated "the little things" such as iced water provided by the pool along with suncream and bug spray. Overall highly recommend this wonderful resort. Just a tip - we were in a Garden Bure as this was the only room available for our dates. I would highly recommend upgrade to a Beachfront bure. Although they are identical inside the three Garden Bures are set slightly further back. They still have great view and are very close to the water however you cannot just step off your deck to the water as you can with Beachfront rooms.

We have just returned from a memorable, heart felt holiday in the Yasawas. Patricia was a patient and careful listener and guided us to make excellent choices. We have travelled extensively over 56 years, so I am not sure exactly what made this holiday so special. It has something to do with travel deprivation over covid, but more particularly with the meaningful personal interactions with the Fijians themselves. The people have a lot to teach us about sense of community, sincerity, fun and laughter and lovely fresh food. I had a cocktail named after me, life changing massages daily, fresh lobster each day, reminiscent of my childhood. A bed full of flowers spelling out “happy 56 th Wedding Anniversary,” night snorkelling, helicopter transport to door of resort ,and renewed confidence in my

capacity to transfer between outboard boat and inter island ferries in the south Pacific Ocean. A big thanks to Hideaway Holidays for their local knowledge and attention to detail,

We recently booked our beautiful wedding through Hideaway Holidays and the experience was fantastic. Patricia and the South Pacific team were so helpful and very friendly, from organizing our flights; to liaising with our destination wedding venue, everything was made easy for us, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Very friendly service from Hideaway holidays and Lavenia specifically and being nice to give us a honeymoon spa treatment as a gift. There seems to be some miscommunication with the resort though. We have paid a lot extra to get a full board option that includes BF+ Lunch+Dinner, however we were surprised when we reached the resort that there is a $ limit on lunch and dinner, lunch being $34.90 and Dinner $74.10 pp/day. This was really bad as not paying for the onboard would be much cheaper and was stressful, as we still paid extra on some meals.
Very disappointed that this information was not conveyed to us, and it seems that Hideaway Holidays are not aware of this.

Lavenia from Hideaway Holidays has been so helpful with organising our holidays in Fiji! We were initially meant to fly at the end of the year 2021 but we caught covid and tested positive 1 day before our flight! She arranged for all the cancellation and rebooked us for April 2022. She made sure closer to our departure that we were ready and meeting the requirements (RAT test, insurance etc). She kept in touch with us while in Fiji and gifted us a voucher to use at the resort we stayed at (Naviti). The customer service we received was beyond my expectations and I will certainly book again with Hideaway Holidays.

We have used Hideaway Holidays twice now for our holidays to Fiji and they have been fantastic both times. For our recent trip this Christmas, Maria sorted everything out for us, was super helpful and always contactable, quick to reply to emails and I could call her directly. When our flight was cancelled, I called Maria and she quickly altered our car transfers to suit. Hideaway Holidays makes it easier as they will book the boat and car transfers and get deals for meals, extra beds, upgraded rooms etc. When we had an issue while we were away with boat transfers, Maria quickly got it sorted even on a public holiday back in Aus.
Thank you Maria and other staff for another fantastic holiday to Fiji.
