Poor Overall Service -- Bad Customer Service
Ordered a DVD from this company for the first time. It was poorly packed and got damaged through shipping and as a result was defective. Their Customer Service is all through email and not user friendly. Too much of a pain to return the item and will have to eat the cost. I would avoid doing business with this company and find a more reliable alternative.
