I bought an excellent pair of Solidsteel speaker stands from Hi-Fi Corner recently - my first time shopping with them. I will definitely take my business there again, as the deal and service I got was fantastic. Great advice all round and a very efficient team. Can't fault them. Thanks everyone. Michael

Fantastic! I’ve dealt with these guys a few times and as well as being really friendly and providing excellent customer service, they are extremely knowledgable and passionate about their stock. Excellent selection of kit and fast, efficient service.

Website said item was in stock. Ordered and paid. Then received an email to say out of stock - so the website isn't accurate. Of course, my credit card had been charged. Not happy.

Shop has responded, but doesn't say why my credit card was charged if the item wasn't in stock, or why it's impossible to keep the website up-to-date - advertising items they don't have but charging someone's credit card nonetheless isn't acceptable.

I recently purchased a refurbished Naim Mu-So 2nd Generation from HiFi Corner in Edinburgh online. I part-exchanged my Mu-So 1st Generation as part of the transaction after discussing the options with Iain first. This was far from the biggest sale they have ever made, but the service I have received from Iain and the company has been a revelation. It is unheard of these days that a high street shop will provide this level of service and care to their customers, and I cannot thank them enough. The first Mu-So 2 was faulty, (not their fault), and they paid for collection and delivery of a replacement, (which was perfect), and collection of my part exchange. Throughout the whole experience they simply did what they said they would, without question, and I trusted them. I am a customer for life now, and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you to all involved, especially Iain.

Purchased a new Sonos speaker from them at the start of January, unfortunately it was not in stock when I ordered it. I promptly spoke to John who apologised and gave me 10% off for the inconvenience! All retailers are currently experiencing issues with getting stock for the Sonos Arc, so it’s unfortunately out of Hi-Fi Corners hands. The communication and customer service is second to none though, I will be purchasing all of my sound equipment through these guys in the future as the service is so good. Highly recommend using this company!

I rarely leave reviews (maybe I should do this more!) but I had to write to say that the care my turntable and HiFi system received was second to none.
A home visit no less, and Tony talked me through every single little thing I was either concerned about or just needed some clarification on.
There would be no hesitation on me to recommend Hifi corner to anyone who needs advice, help, or to buy some kit. These are serious, dedicated people.

From the moment you make contact with the team, through the demo of equipment and then onto the purchase of your chosen HiFi items. Iain and the team in Edinburgh were first class and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Their attention to detail, especially through the pandemic, the quality of advice and their patience was superb. It is quite easy to see why so many customers would want to return to HiFi Corner, the levels of customer service were outstanding, (competitors take note). Thanks again for a great experience.

Bought an amp online which was delivered the next day. There was a fault with the headphone socket (not their fault). Spoke to John on the phone and once he had seen the video I sent of the fault, he had another one sent to me (which I received the next day) and the faulty amp was taken away at the same time. Haven’t had a problem since.

Just purchased a quad 2 amp from Hi Fi Corner. Tony provided lots of sound advice and was very helpful.
I part exchanged some hifi separates and were given a very fair price. My amp was dispatched before my old equipment had arrived (I had sent the tracking details) which shows considerable trust.
So all in all a brilliant service. Cheers!

Couldn't have asked for any more; such a positive experience. Luke was amazing and gave me confidence to purchase an expensive hifi item from Hificorner, which arrived the next day. I would not hesitate to shop with them again and will now definitely be ordering from them in the future.

Recently purchased Marantz Ruby SACD player, excellent communication with Struan (Edinburgh) from the moment of purchase. Item delivered next day, item well packed and player exactly as described. Excellent player, first class transaction and excellent after sales support.

I was looking for a Technics SL-1200GR and found Hi-Fi Corner on the net. Wrote them an inquiry on their site, received a reply promptly and placed the order the next day. Talked to Tony over the phone as well and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. Order has been placed on Saturday, the turntable has been dispatched on Monday and received on Tuesday. Lightning fast service!
Now I am a happy owner of a great turntable and a grateful customer of Hi-Fi Corner! Highly recommend buying from them!

I came across Hifi corner on the net. Were my second pick to buy new speakers. They are first from now on, thats for sure. By the way, "first pick" left me without speakers and 30€ short due to double currency conversion fee from PayPal. Everything as it should be at Hifi corner: fast, accurate, responsive.
Great service from Luke, can't thank him enough.
I come from continental Europe, shipping was as promised, got them in 6 days.

As has been mentioned in other reviews, the service is second to none - interested in your specific needs, patient and responsive. Nothing is to much trouble and every question responded too with the detailed insight you would want. I am a customer for life.

Having just purchased the Technics Ottava SC-C70 All In One System I just wanted to say it was a pleasure dealing with the Hi-Fi Corner in Edinburgh.

Both John and Tony were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product which I ordered late on Saturday. It was then dispatched on Monday morning and I received it the next day.

The system sounds great (as was the price compared to elsewhere) and I would definitely recommend the Hi-Fi Corner to anyone looking for expert advice.

I called Hificorner to discuss purchasing a Naim mu-so. The person I spoke to (Paul B) was very helpful and knowledgeable and I ordered it and it was delivered the next day. So far, so good.
Unfortunately, no fault of Hificorner, the package was quite badly damaged and the unit had a high pitched buzz, coming from one of the drivers. I called them up and spoke to John Douglas, who couldn't have been more helpful. He instantly arranged a replacement and I should receive it 2 days after making the call. I would recommend Hificorner to anyone who is serious about their hifi. Excellent customer service.
