Truly satisfied with the service.
It was a pleasure dealing with Mario Gagnon of HiFi Pro for a second time. I ordered a DV20X2L MC phono cartridge and he emailed me while on vacation to advise that it was out of stock and that he had ordered one from his supplier. I received the item 7 days later. It was well packaged, double boxed with ample packaging and no signs of damage. I installed it, and I'm enjoying listening to my vinyl albums once again. The DV20X2L MC replaced a 36 year old MM Ortofon 540 that has served me well. I can truly say that the upgrade to the micro ridge stylus has brought out the most from my old and new albums. It's a bit time-consuming and laborious to properly set up, but we'll worth it.
I will continue dealing with Mario for any future purchases as he is dedicated to his clients and thoughtful in keeping you apprised of the progress of your order. His prices are very competitive and sometimes less than other Canadian audio dealers. Keep up the excellent work, Mario !

HIFIPRO never disappoint
Ordered a new turntable, as the drive motor had burnt out on mine.. Informed by Mario they were out of stock, but he would have it in on the Friday of that week.. Sure enough, it was shipped to me on the Friday.
I have not been disappointed yet..

Hifipro's prices were inline with what was available online and I'd rather support a local business that gives outstanding service. Placed my order a few hours before the end of the business day and they arrived the next morning before 10 am!
These headphones are well made, the fit is very comfortable on my head/ears and even better, I am really enjoying the sound!
