Hidden costs if you wish to have a decision reviewed!
Having sat one of their poorly written FS Maths exams, I looked into reviewing the marking as most of the questions are ambiguous at best and written by someone who has no idea how the real world works, I found the following in a document that was not provided to before hand.
You are charge £50+vat for asking for a review, and then if you are not happy with a decision you then charged a further £350+vat to take it to the next stage!!! Highfield is just a money making scheme with no interest in real training!!
Whilst their reply below may be technically correct, using this platform is the only way to get a response from them, and whilst they may be a different dept/company the above does highlight the practices of Highfield in general. I await contact from them.

I don’t know how this platform wants from people, because for me I can not do anything else, only sit in front of the laptop and repeat and repeat again like a robot. And to be honest, I can’t even remember what’s I learned, because I don’t even know which question I answered wrong . Really meaningless training platform. Just wasting time for nothing.
