Randy and Linda have supported my business for many years. I'm in the customer experience biz, so naturally, I'm pretty picky and my standards are non-negotiable. And so, I will say this about that... in the almost 40 years of working in that industry, I have never, ever, ever found a company that provides the level of service, care and integrity that High Point Payroll has delivered to me. There is never a quibble about fees for this or that. They are professional, accommodating, and compassionate. Their prices are very reasonable for the industry and, still, the put my last PR company to shame. Sometimes I'm actually embarrassed when I get my bill because its a small amount for all the work they do for me.
Beyond that, they are just good human beings. They do the right thing, no matter what. They know their clients as humans, too. They care when they don't even have to.
I recently changed my CPA and had to find a new one plus a bookkeeper in my area. Every single QuickBooks bookkeeper I found insisted that I use their preferred payroll company.
