I have never- in 30+ years of going to…

I have never- in 30+ years of going to clubs all over the world -come across such rude and aggressive security.
My 18 daughter and another young girl were denied entry for carrying epi pens for severe allergies- we were eventually allowed to enter but security insisted their medication was kept in a medical room. In a venue this big and busy this is a death waiting to happen
They were made to feels like criminals throughout, security calling them names and shouting in their faces - the only explanation when we went back to get the medication (we didn’t feel safe enough to stay) was that they might spike someone- we were not even trusted to leave the club but were marched out by 4 aggressive security which was scary and humiliating for a young girls having one of her first club experiences.
There are Signs everywhere saying ask for complaints forms if needed- we asked , were again verbally abused and had to wait ages for them to materialise. My emailed complaint has had no response.
4 other clubs on the island allowed my daughter in with epi pens and good vibes.
Avoid like the plague!

Staff are awful

Really enjoyed hannah laing which is why i went but the staff in this place are awful. Clearly had personality bipasses. Got groped by a male bouncer who tried to claim he didnt know i was a woman (you cant miss that i am) and the staff who scan your tickets, you would have thought i shat in her cornflakes. Crazy the amount of arrogance this shower of losers have for a minimum wage paid job! Amnesia is hands down the best club on the island. Hi is just a jobby covered in glitter!

Oversold

Oversold, extremely crowded, and poor safety measures. The worst experience ever — I would not recommend this to anyone.

If I could I’d give no stars

If I could I’d give no stars. The clubs artistic directors did such a good job of making the place beautiful and the sound engineers made the sound out of this world. But then come the greedy promoters who fill the place to a dangerous level. It’s a matter of time before someone dies. Aren’t they embarrassed to have all these shitty reviews? Anyway go if all you want to do is stick your phone in the air to say you were there. But if you want to dance and have a good time then this isn’t the place to go.

If you want to have a good memory of Ibiza, don't go here.

Not a fun experience at all, it will put a stain on your Ibiza stay. Too bad the big names come to this scam of a club. If the only thing you care about is Instagram photos that this place is great for you. If you maybe want to have fun, anything is better. Overcrowded, literally no room, no oxygen. Everyone is using their phone, you can't dance as again there is no room. The water is 15 EUR, and you will get thirsty when everyone is breathing down on your neck, because have I mentioned? There. Is. No. Room.

Also the people working at the Club clearly hate it. Never seen more miserable people in my life, especially at a place where you supposed to have "fun".

Loyal customer for 3 years — humiliated inside the club just for being alone

I’ve been going to Hi Ibiza for three years in a row, and I always believed in the experience — until now.

This year, I came alone. I entered the club with no issue — my ticket was valid and my card worked. But when I tried to order just one drink and a bottle of water, my card failed. Instead of letting me try again or offering help, four male security guards approached me and aggressively kicked me out.

The worst part? They kept asking if I was alone — as if that somehow justified treating me like a problem.
Would this have happened if I was with a man?

Even worse, when I went to the ATM to solve it, the machine ate my card. And guess what? No one helped me. Not a single person cared.

I have video proof of what happened

This isn’t the “#1 club in the world.” It’s a place where solo women are treated with suspicion and hostility. I wasn’t drunk. I wasn’t rude. I was just a woman — alone — who dared to ask for help.

I won’t be returning. I demand a refund, an apology, and a serious review of your internal policies. You should be ashamed.

Terrible... Don't Bother

Terrible.... Overpriced, so packed couldn't see Black Coffee. Had worse night in 38 years clubbing. People packed in pushing and not room to dance such a shame killed the vibe. Feels like they have extended th VIP areas with detriment to average punter... Don't go!!

Beautiful place

Beautiful place! Thanks for last night!
Unfortunately I had to leave very early, shortly after Black Coffee, starting to play.
Overcrowded and barely had any chance to enjoy the night.
in the theatre!
Gutted , and really disappointed.
I am living Ibiza today, hopefully next time will be better experience!

Violent and disrespectful bouncers

The bouncers there make you feel like they own the club, they are condescending and disrespectful and in particular the moroccan or algerian bouncer who was violent and racist, and the woman whom I’ve read badly about in past reviews. We would have called the police but as it was our last night there we didnt want to bother nor ruin it even more than they did to us, but I truly hope those people reep what they saw. For a number 1 club all I see is complaints and I hope somebody calls the police on you if this keeps happening, as for me and my group we will never come back again.
Bonus point: We got refunded off our tickets

We flew to Ibiza A Birthday Nightmare at Hi Ibiza – An Experience I’ll Never Forget for All the Wrong Reasons on 27th September…

We flew to Ibiza on 27th September (yesterday) for what was supposed to be a special birthday treat – seeing David Guetta & Morten’s Future Rave at Hi Ibiza. After spending €200 on tickets, I had high expectations, but what I experienced was nothing short of a disaster.

The venue was incredibly overcrowded, packed to the point that I felt like a sardine. At just 5ft 4, I was constantly knocked around, elbowed, and physically pushed by groups of both men and women. It felt more like a fight in a boxing ring than a night out. My partner did his best to shield me, but it was impossible. I was repeatedly hit, had drinks spilt all over me, and felt completely trapped in a sea of people.

We arrived early, around 11:30, to secure a good spot in the theatre, but that didn’t help. No matter where we stood, we were shoved towards the back. By the time David Guetta finally came on, I couldn’t hear his introduction, couldn’t see a thing, and was completely overwhelmed by the chaos around me. It was beyond belief how dreadful the entire experience was.

What was supposed to be the highlight of my birthday turned into a nightmare. I was so upset and disappointed that we had to leave the venue early. By the time we got back to the hotel, I was in tears, literally sobbing, my birthday event was completely ruined.

Hi Ibiza is, without question, the worst club I have ever been to. The overcrowding, the aggressive behaviour of the crowd, and the lack of any real security to handle the situations in the thick of the crowds made the night unbearable. Waking up the next morning, Right now, I still feel extremely tearful about the whole experience, especially knowing I never got to experience David Guetta’s set – something I was looking forward to for months.

If you’re thinking of going to Hi Ibiza, especially for a big event, I would strongly advise against it. The place is unsafe! I was genuinely scared for my safety, surrounded by people out of control. It’s only a matter of time before something terrible happens – this place is a disaster waiting to make headlines. I left feeling shaken, ripped off, and heartbroken, with my birthday completely ruined.

When they sell tickets for this venue they don’t sell for the room that David Guetta or the main DJ is playing in, they sell tickets for the whole capacity of the whole venue. So dangerous!!! That room can probably hold a third at most of the amount of tickets sold. No sign of security on the main floor they just hang around outside. They missed several horrible incidents!!!! No hope of safety in there!!!

Worst club I have ever been too

Worst club I have ever been too. Drinks cost an absolute fortune the price gauging is actually disgusting. No one can afford to get drunk so everyone is on drugs, the clubs are packed to the max, it’s a sweat box. I’ll never ever come here again. Don’t waste your time and money
