Very user-friendly and easy to use, with highly supportive customer service on hand

I’ve recently used Hizzy for list two properties and I can honestly say it’s been outstanding from start to finish.

The platform is incredibly easy to use, with a really clean layout that makes the whole process simple and stress-free. Everything is straightforward, whether you’re uploading details, managing your listing, or keeping track of enquiries.

What really stood out was how smooth and efficient everything felt compared to using estate agents I’ve used in the past. It saves time and takes away a lot of the usual hassle that comes with property listings.

I would highly recommend Hizzy to anyone looking to list a property — whether you’re experienced or doing it for the first time. It’s a brilliant platform that genuinely delivers.

The platform itself is really simple to use and gives you complete control of what you want to include on your listing, it's easy to upload photos, videos and floor plans. You can also see lots os statistics on property views etc. it also really easy to manage viewings.

Had some trouble trying to register and post my property for sale initially but the team were really helpful. Once that was resolved, the interface, platform and process is fantastic. It’s exactly what the market needs!

I recently used Hizzy and I’m genuinely impressed! The interface is incredibly intuitive and listing your property is really quick and super easy, even for someone like me who is not tech-savvy. My listing looked really professional. One of the best features is that you can take your time and even pause the service to decide on next steps and figure out if you need to change your approach. There’s absolutely no pressure, and no getting locked into complicated agency agreements.
The customer service team is brilliant - they’re responsive, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to make the process smooth and stress-free. In terms of value, it’s outstanding. You get all the tools to ‘do it yourself’. It really is a clever, modern alternative that’s shaking up the traditional estate agent model. Extremely professional and easy to use website. I have received immediate personal support on countless occasions with queries, ideas and general advice - which has been unprecedented and extremely helpful and valued in a world where we are often left to chatbots. This has included bug fixing, social media promotion, setting up an open viewing for me, and delivering a sign board to my property amongst other things. I could not recommend the team at Hiizzy enough, and have recommended that friends and family use them to sell their properties too.

So easy to list your property. Disrupting the Estate Agent model - why pay huge buying or selling fees when this model has unbelievable cheap flat rates. The data available from the UK listings is also highly impressive

This was a very easy site to use and one that amazed me how simple the process of advertising your property really is. You choose the wording, the pictures, ask for some assistance if wanted and bingo, your property is on display to a wide audience in a flash. Now comes the exciting part...making the sale and saving ££££'s

“We listed our apartment for sale on Hiizzy.

It didn’t take long to list it at all. You can do it in 10 minutes, but we took about an hour and a half over it. We wanted the listing to look really good. What we liked was the control we had, from photographs to property description and price. We could change any of that 24/7.

When we listed, our property appeared on Places (in Jersey) and Jitty (in the UK). For free. We did an open viewing. We had 4 other viewings. And it was fun. Direct contact with potential buyers, personal engagement and chatting about the apartment. It resonated with those potential buyers. It was a happy experience. We then got an offer through the platform. It was for the asking price, so we were chuffed!

What did it cost? A little bit of time. But we were motivated to sell, so that was no big deal. We got our listing on Hiizzy completely free!

I recently listed my property on Hiizzy and found the process really straightforward. The site is easy to navigate, and uploading my listing didn’t take long at all. Plus, with their current introductory offer, I was able to list for free, which was a nice bonus.

One thing I really appreciated was the range of useful guides on the site—tips on photography, legal advice, and negotiation made me feel more confident about the selling process. It’s still a relatively new platform, but so far, it’s been a good experience.

I’ve been so impressed with Hiizzy so far. They have guidance available for all aspects of creating your listing - even taking the photos. The steps through the process are really easy to follow and the AI tool to help you create the listing description is really helpful! I would definitely recommend them.

Well, I have put my property on at the market price, on your platform. I haven't got one response!
This may be because It's only been on there for a few days. It could also be because my ad is not constructed very well? So, the rating is solely based on responses (which have been zero).

I've sent an e-mail enquiry and Hiizzy got back to me, which is cool.

So easy to do and post your property online. Great service from them, they even email once all is checked and tell you the progress of it all. Would highly recommend.
