Receptionist from hell view 😷
One of the worst experiences I have had with a GP surgery. The reception staff were unprofessional and seemed to lack basic customer service skills. Communication was poor, and it felt like they did not know how to speak to patients properly.
The reception appeared disorganised and unhelpful, making the whole process frustrating. When I tried to explain my situation, the call was ended abruptly, which is completely unacceptable.
Patients deserve to be treated with respect and given proper assistance. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that. I hope the surgery takes steps to improve both professionalism and patient care. Friday 27th of March 8:42am
