never buy from this man, he will take your money, never ship the promised product, and will send you false information to keep you quiet whenever you enquire about your order. Ive been dealing with this since MAY 2024, and will surely never see my money again. never trust this guy with your money. i am not the only victim here as it seems as well.

I totally wish I read the reviews before ordering from this company. I've had the same experience many have reported. Ordered item, paid for item, never received item. Contacted company, they promised to send tracking information, it never happened and they ceased communication. Of course I requested information on how to receive a refund and of course no reply. Those of you who say you had positive experiences, happy for you. I however now have to file a complaint with the BBB. If you choose to do business with this company it seems that you are taking a big chance and by looking at the reviews, the odds are not in your favor. Beware.

Ordered a pillow, came as described and came in the time expected

Don’t buy from hip hop heaven

Ordered an item which they promised it would shipped within 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed no shipping or tracking, 4 weeks later still no dispatch I kept asking for tracking and was told I would get it the next day repeatedly.

I then threatened to contact my bank to which a tracking number was given but this was just a label created to keep me quiet nothing was actually sent.

I then was refunded after speaking to my bank

ordered a package about a year and a half ago still haven’t received it. owner doesn’t reply and hides your comments on his posts. not sure how his company keeps thriving with the shady business.

Buyer beware the owners of this company is very dishonest, Espescially the owner Ted Hausotter this man is very shady and will not follow through with anything he says. Do not do business with people.

My boyfriend placed an order for prints over a year ago and had failed to ship the order after taking his money and did the same to me, I ordered prints and a keychain on October 4th not knowing as a gift to my boyfriend and they have been ignoring my emails and DM’s I’m currently working on a dispute

This company have failed to deliver two orders that I placed with them over a year ago. Despite taking the money which amounted to well over a hundred pounds. Don't buy anything from them, they ignore emails.

The shipping took 4 months, I ordered from Europe.It took 3 weeks before I got a track and trace and when I got my order it was bad quality, they just printed it and even then it was just stretched and bad quality.Waste of money don’t ever buy one of their products.
