Great service,great value, great quality.They are the best around, instantly greeted me and offered ne a cuppa(little things matter) they had a smile at hand, and were very informative, explaining to me different budgets for all types however premium or budget, the quality and safety was the top priority, they even worked around my seized dust caps,and replaced my old ones.They fitted all 4 tyres the same day with a quick amd efficient turn around. Could instantly tell the difference when driving away. Overall great service,great experience and has set a great standard on garages should operate. Simply couldn't recommend anyone better!

The guys here made us very welcome, they managed to fit us in after work and accommodated us in a warm office getting us out the cold and even supplied complimentary coffee, no complaints here

The price was competitive, the staff where excellent and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. I'll definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family. I had fairly rare tyres for a prestige car which they ordered and fitted early the next day.

Went in due to needing a tyre changed. Spoke with Mark the Branch Manager that was super friendly, got my car booked in pretty quickly and was by far the best quote I got. I will only get my tyres done here from now on.

Bought a new car and came in to the newcastle branch to have the alignment checked. The guys explained what the machine was doing and explained the results to me.
Great conversation and an honest assessment that only the front wheels were needed to be adjusted. Only got charged for what the guys did and not for all four wheels.
It’s extremely refreshing to find a company that will only do what is required and not look for extra work to charge for.
Will 100% come back when I need tyres, great service and would absolutely recommend these guys

Mark the manager was tip top and Tony the fitter was quick and excellent. Fast service recommend. Mobile tyre fitted and back on the road within an hour.

Mark and his team where fantastic, Unfortunately the tyre supplier let the side down by not sending the right amount of tyres to Mark but I was kept informed as to what was happening when the tyres would arrive. Tyres have been fitted and tracking done. Would definitely recommend HiQ Tyres and autocare Newcastle if you need anything tyre related.

Mark not only explained the problem in our car clearly but also provided supportive help to solve it.
