Private Bartender was so professional and I cannot even express how wonderful they were from the get go. I knew I had to work with them based on my initial conversations with Mario who was attentive, understanding and had a genuine excitement to work on our event. All of our concerns were addressed with ease and Ben was open to meeting with us anytime to discuss the event and would respond to us promptly if we called or sent an e-mail.
When it came to the day of the event, Mario and his team made sure every detail we envisioned was executed. The set-up was beyond our expectations and the cocktails were so delicious. At one point at the beginning of the evening, we had a long line of guests waiting to enter the event to greet us and Ben and his team were quick to serve alcohol and canapes to those waiting in line which was a great hit among the guests and created a cocktail party atmosphere in the line. We received a number of compliments from our guests who were impressed by the quality of the food, its presentation and the great service they received. Mario definitely put all his energy into creating such a special event for us with attention to every detail and was a dream to work with this company.
