Sophie was very helpful and extremely efficient in helping us find the right space for our event. Otherwise, weeks later, we'd still be at the stage of looking for a venue. We'll definitely get in touch with her for our next company event!

I run a space which I rent out sometimes when people email me so I was surprised to find someone from Hirespace had contacted me about my space which I had not listed online. I replied back saying my space isn't appropriate as it was listed on Hirespace as a Theatre. Then I received an email from the Hirespace team to say we have agreed to be listed on their platform which we never have! I have contacted them to ask them to remove our listing. It seems very scammy...

Terrible was stood at the bar for 50 mins then just got ignored food was also… average

This company have been endlessly spamming my venue for events that are far from suitable for me.

All they do is email the general email addresss and ask to book a date, something anyone could do themself without paying them commision.

They have no special deals or relationships with any venues - they are just a spamming middle man who take from both the venue and the client.
They offer nothing.

Lily from HireSpace was incredibly helpful in helping us to source a dinner & drinks reception for an industry conference we are hosting.

Event planning can be incredibly time-consuming and working with Lily took away a lot of the stress of searching for venues, narrowing down your choices, securing viewings and finding out costings etc.

Would certainly use HireSpace again for future events.

Sumei Studios Birmingham- This venue states that it is disability accessible, but it is not accessible for wheelchairs at all. Sadly we had to cancel half of our guests due to them not being able to actually access the studio, AVOID if you have mobility issues

Leanne was an outstanding support - she made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Had never used Hire Space before so was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Bradley introducing himself literally minutes after submitting my queries to some potential venues. It was clear that Bradley had listened and understood our brief as he was able to provide us with some really good venues. He was also very patient and extremely responsive to our never ending emails with additional requests/questions. Pleasure to work with and we'll definitely be using them again and would recommend them too.

Lily was terrific in helping us source/book an event space for our summer party. She was very thorough and methodical.
