Nice products, and reasonable prices.
The problem is their standard carrier (UPS). Do not chose them. There will be an option to chose another carrier, and I would strongly suggest you do that.
UPS are totally useless. Adviced arrival on a Monday between 10-14. No one arrived and at 15.03 hours I received an email, advising me that there has been a delay, and they would return with a new eta some time when they knew more. I repeat choose another carrier.
If the delivery was up to usual high standard, I would provide with 4-5 stars.

This company invoices to you in Euro the same price as they would invoice in Euro countries including the German VAT of 19%. But when the goods arrive in the UK you have to pay the UK VAT too. So instead of taking off the German VAT (which they should) they take advantage of UK customers and make an extra 19% profit. They refused any discount. This is not a fair company and therefore not recommendable.
