Outstanding!
I needed to get a new satellite system installed, Free to Air channels was my aim not Sky. I contacted Tony, Owner at HiSat and gave him the details and he called me back via Skype. He was friendly, fun and professional. He gave me clear advice and told me what to avoid in terms of cheaper kit. I was doing the work for a friend so I needed the best quality without going to Professional high end equipment. He gave me the costs and I checked it all through. I placed the order and it arrived within 36 hours. It could have been quicker had I called him in the morning but there was no deadline for me.
All of the equipment was top notch, well made and reasonably priced. I had one issue with the fixings which Tony helped me with and I needed some general advice which he gave freely.
