There was a lag between entering credit card info and getting a confirmation. Iwas afraid my order had been dropped. Also the design editing function was clunky and slow to respond to changes

Great product and customer service.
Placed my order with some notes that were followed perfectly. Was given a suggestion for a different model at the same cost. Product was durable, worked perfectly and arrived on time.
Have already placed my full order for the balance of my needs.

It would be really great to have the certs available online and added to the initial order so you don’t have to have all these separate charges. Also, the order confirmations are unreadable that I receive This is very odd and not very helpful.

Need a status update ... when will they ship. My credit card company can tell me that you have been paid ... I need to know when the product will likely be arriving so I can inform my customers if their orders are going to be delayed! ( FYI - If you don't want negative feed back you should wait until after the complete transaction has been completed before asking ...)

Needed help with password. It was fixed quickly

The embossing return address plates I ordered tear the paper when pressed into envelope and the zip code is too small to be legible even though the online proof looked fine.

Part was not shipped when invoiced. It was only shipped after I sent an email to check status.

Everything seems to be going great. I just need to see the custom project when they send it to me.

I placed 2 seperate orders and was charged each time for shipping. Both orders arrived in the same package. I feel I should have the $16.95 charged on the second order refunded

Very easy to use website. Had to follow up to get certs sent prior to receiving order. They were very helpful and got me what I needed really quickly.

Customer service is great. Quick response for questions. I didn't realize for my order the catalyst was included but was not correct for my application, noticed the problem on my acknowledgment and asked for catalyst to be changed. Fast response and all is fixed now.
