What a business, yuk.

What a business, I concur with all other 1 star reviews, poor quality products, and simply not interested in helping in any way, when there's an issue ,, if you get a choice AVOID.
Not really worthy of 1 star tbh

Jarvis windows and patio doors…

Jarvis windows and patio doors installed on our new house in 2021. Lots of problems which we were forced to report via our builder Belway.Every time after lots of delays they came out and messed around with adjustments and never fixed problems. After 2 years was up they ignored us. We still have sticking doors and can see daylight between the windows and frames on 2 windows.

Dishonourable Company

Terribly fitted French doors via Keepmoat in Newcastle, they refuse to come and fix even though the doors have been a constant issue and their fitters have even put parts in upside down.

Awful customer service. Stay well clear.

Awful customer service! Bought a new property with patio and bi fold doors supplied by Jarvis. Had them out several times to adjust both in the 2 year guarantee period but they never really sorted the problems. As soon as the 2 years was up they refused to do anything even though they had never properly rectified the problems. The customer service team just refused to address the matter stating that the doors were out of guarantee. When we asked to be put through to a Manager the call was ended. Stay well clear. If you have bought a new home with Jarvis products make sure that they address every issue fully in the 2 year guarantee period.

Awful company

Awful company. Their products are of dreadful quality. Damaged and way below an acceptable standard. They refuse to take responsibility and are completely useless. Avoid them at all costs.

Terrible company

Terrible company

Totally ignoring customers, after reaching out for help.

£8000 set of by folding doors lasted 2 years !

Leaving us stuck in a fire outbreak

Quality is proving to be rubbish.

Disgraceful company, be warned people, if your new build has this companies products fitted, expect no support what so ever!

To any developer looking to take these products be aware, it will become very well publicised soon and
known that the product, is substandard.
