Bad service, avoid them
I had bad experience with this seller.
Next day after payment using AmazonPay they requested 30 Euro more to be paid on their Paypal for delivery saying that "delivery will cost more than shown on Internet".
They were unfriendly during conversation and incompetent since do not know their own selling contract conditions.
I asked if the order to be delivered without extra payment, and they just cancelled it without any answer.

had my snipe 2 for service at the workshop, the guy is really skilled and fixed it within 2hrs. That days i ordered some little parts and got it delivered very fast.

Terrible company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Absolutely terrible experience with this company, I would go as far as to say that they are a fraud.
I purchased a Dreambox Satellite receiver from them that was defective. I PAID myself to return the product to them. They said they would refund the shipping charge and the machine cost.
They held the machine for 6 weeks, and without warning sent the same machine back to me - STILL DEFECTIVE after I had clearly asked for a refund.
Terrible company - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I got the delivery very fast and everything was fine. I ordered an VU+4K ultimo and I am happy with it now. The installed image is not very user friendly but there are more available images.
