Basingstoke branch: George was instrumental in helping me find what I was looking for, taking the time to find and process an online order, which arrived within a few days. This company - HMV - is doing well in treating customers for 3 reasons: 1: The staff are helpful, 2: The ordering service keeps the customer up-to-date (order dispatched/order ready to collect) &3: The staff selected for employments within the HMV stores are always professional, chatty, are interested in what the customer buys. Whatever HMV protocol is for selecting prospective job hunters, it is in my experience, working well.
