Fast and easy
It was really easy to find what I was looking for in the website and place the order. The day after I received an email telling me that the item was ready to be collected. Again, it was fast and easy. Great service from HMV. Highly recommended.

I visited to pick up a previously ordered CD and to excahnge a deluxe CD that included a DVD that didn't work. When I got home I found the CD was not the deluxe version and did not include a DVD.
