Arranged a pre order to be delivered to my local HMV and it arrived on the day of release despite the Bank Holiday. The item was well packaged and in perfect condition and the staff were both efficient and welcoming on arrival. Excellent service and have never had any problems online or in store. Will continue to use as it beats all others.

I ordered item on click and collect
I ordered item on click and collect. I came into store on.the morning of the album release day,there were copies on the shelf but the item was not available via click and collect until later that day,as I needed it for a present I had to buy it again. I thought click and collect gave priority

We couldn’t find the particular item within the store, however an assistant was able to check whether the item was available elsewhere and place an order for it to be delivered to us
