when i checked availability at the…
when i checked availability at the Cardiff store it showed the item i wanted in stock. i assumed that by click and collect i would be able to pick up the item when i arrived at the store because it showed in stock this is how all the other retailers i have used operate click and collect. However this is not the case with you. This meant that i had to make another trip to Cardiff just to pick up this dvd. When i got home and unpacked the dvd although the plastic film covering was intact when i removed it i found the case was damaged and number of pieces of plastic had broken off the case. I live too far away from Cardiff to make returning it to the store. I will not be using you again

I picked up my vinyl grom Cardiff and…
I picked up my vinyl grom Cardiff and the male store assistant was very rude. He asked if I wanted a carrier, to which I replied no, they’re too expensive. He then said they’re the same price everywhere and called me an a’hole…
I won’t be shopping there again!

What's most important. Any member of the public can always ask a member of staff for help.
Why I like hmv. Because I am disable. Some time I can use the lift. Or a member of staff ask me what I am looking for. I tell them and they go and find it for me. No problem at all.
