Really helpful staff
Really helpful staff, the item I went to purchase was out of stock, but I went ahead and bought the CD. HMV kept me weekly informed about my purchase and had it delivered by royal mail to my home address when it came available. Big Thank you to the staff at our Hanley store 👏

Have been purchasing K-pop for my teenage granddaughter for a while now. Staff always helpful and knowledgeable about my purchases.
