No one answers calls to the store
Your staff made it clear that despite having a telephone number listed as a contact number lt is NEVER answered. I had a stock reply to my query. No point in referring to it again. I’ll buy future purchases from other sources. What a shame that I should do this after buying from you for 50 plus years.

Great place 2 order albums
I ordered a gidle album their latest one and it came in perfect conditions I know I can always trust hmv for my albums I’ve been buying them since last year al in great conditions birthing Broken nothing missing and they deliver super fast like when I ordered my I feel gidle album I got it two days after I ordered it and that came in a perfect condition to

Friendly and helpful staff
The staff are really helpful and friendly. Gordon helped us by taking us around the store to show us what stock HMV had in for what we were looking for. He did not rush us and was really knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely go to HMV whenever I need music, videos or merch.

I absolutely love the service every…
I absolutely love the service every time I go to HMV which has been a lot recently. Every time i’ve gone Gordon has helped me and has been amazing each time. Gordon was amazing at helping me find what I want and even looked in the back to find me some different t-shirts which I am so thankful for. Amazing customer service.
