Bought some dvds but some of the series were missing . The assistant checked the stock and then ordered the ones needed . They came within 2 days . Excellent service .

Simply the best
The staff member that served us at the till on Sunday afternoon . Very nice man I didnt catch is name very helpful and spoke very highly of the company .my daughter would like to come one day work for you !! Thank you we found what we was looking for with ease . Friendly, welcoming & very efficient
Looking for particular non-mainstream recordings the folks at the Northampton store found what I was looking for and, as one was orchestral, made sure I could see the options for the soloist and conductor.

Amazing service from HMV & I have given the cd to a friend to listen to as she's not had the chance to see the film. Last time I gave her part 1 cd and it felt right she has part 2.

Pre-ordered a blu ray dvd
Pre-ordered a blu ray dvd, release date was 22nd of December, wasn't sure if it would be delivered on time as it was 3 days before Christmas but it dropped through the letterbox early on the 22nd so HMV had sent it early to make sure it arrived on the release day 😀
