Bad customer service
Went into the store to collect my dvd , the package was addressed to me but the contents was not chicken run, the store would not refund me, and would not reorder the dvd but told me they would pass my phone number to customer service and they would sort it, still waiting for the phone call.

Expert and professional assistance
A young man at Wakefield HMV, was very helpful, polite, friendly and took time to check a DVD was available for us to buy. As there wasn't one in stock he ordered one and arranged for it to be delivered to our home address. As an elderly couple and not very tech savy we were very grateful for his expert assistance. Order and collection of CD
Collected my CD from Wakefield trinity shop, it was well packaged and I didn't have to wait long for my order to arrive. Will definitely order again from hmv next time.

a great and useful service
it was well except that i work up early to get it early as i was moving the next day and still needed to pack .but it was okay. the man/woman have told me politely wht the issue was and i came the same day at a different time and got it . i am saristfy with my purchase

Super service!
I visited the HMV Wakefield store and place a click and collect order for a vinyl. The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the click and collect process and the delivery itself to the store was very quick!! Staff on collection were again really friendly and helpful and made sure I got the correct order, love this shop thanks again!

Ordered a cactuar mug from final fantasy only to find out its plastic not ceramic which wasnt stated anywhere on the page so wasnt really impressed service was good though
