The fact I was able to get this as a late Christmas present, however your store I collected from had stock, so Why did it have to be sent & not reserved direct with them?

A pleasure to shop at HMV Woking
I had to travel further to visit an HMV store as the branch closer to me is currently relocating. It was not ideal, but the help and attention I received from Laura at the Woking branch today made up for the inconvenience entirely. She was welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient. An absolute pleasure to meet and be served by her.
I had called primarily to collect an online order, but I had questions regarding stock, availabilty and costs of other items. Laura helped me with all the information I requested, and placed another order for me in store today. A highly successful outing and experience. Thank you Laura.

HMV WOKING
