Buyer Beware!
This is a scam business. Their advertisement on Instagram is misleading and misrepresented, claiming that they are sold by Nordstroms and they accept returns, which they are not and do not. I ordered 2 pairs of boots from this business and when I received them the Vamp or Instep was too narrow to allow my feet to fully get in. The boot actually needed a zipper for my foot to comfortably get in and do not look as the images purport on the site. When I reached out to them to return the items I was given the run around, where they talked about blow drying the leather, sending images or videos to support and finally sending me their return policy. I finally reached out to PayPal to dispute the charges. The vendor offered a partial refund which I accepted because I believed that if I didn't I would not receive anything at all. I then did what I should have done before I purchased, I researched the site and found that there were the same issues as described with this vendor. Don't be like me... please do your research on these online companies. Check the date that their site opened, where they are shipping from and research the reviews especially the bad ones.
