My primary hobby is 1/48 WWII aircraft. I've made occasional purchases over the last few years from hobbylinc. The items they have on hand are shipped wicked fast. Any items they have to pull from the warehouse or get from their supplier takes a little longer. My orders that took the longest were the AK Interactive Real Color series... but I had a difficult time even finding certain colors in stock at other shops so I'm thankful hobbylinc was at least able to ship some, and typically at better pricing than other shops!

I had to contact their support once because the shipping for some photo etch sets were estimated higher than I expected. The rep found the issue. The weight auto-filled as exceeding 1 pound for one of the items so he corrected it. That brought the shipping cost down to what I expected.

The majority of my orders have arrived within 2-3 business days.

I was able to find the locomotive that I have been searching for at a good price. The locomotive came pack very well and in working order.

My shipment is lost
I contacted hobbylinc and was told to call post office. Post office says they don't have it. I guess I am out the money and products. Got no satisfaction from hobbylinc just the run around.
Will not order from them again. Terrible customer service.
They also take forever to sip items. I manage shipping and receiving for the company I work for and if I shipped like hobbylinc I would be out of a job.

Really enjoy this company. Its an old school hobby shop with all the different areas to have fun in and its today with their internet accessibility. And the prices are exceptionally good. I keep coming back.

I was having a hard time finding some particular paint colors for my project. Hobbylinc had them in stock, and at a great price. It took them a couple of days to ship, but that isn't a deal breaker in my book. Product is as advertised at a great price. I'll be using them again when the time comes.

Hobbylinc has the best prices and a wide variety of hobby supplies. I'll shop with them again.

I was asleep at the wheel and ordered too many of one item. I emailed support and they were able to fix it with no problems. You might think this to be such a simple thing but once a competitor, though shipment had not taken place, in fact on backorder for 3 months, told me to return the unwanted items after receipt at my own expense because the system did not allow cancellations (the expected ship date has been extended another 3 months). Needless to say after that, I will order from Hobbylinc whenever possible.

I received my order in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and the model kit was exceptional. I've looked into other kits I'm interested in and I will be ordering again. So far Hobbylinc has been great to deal with.

Hobbylinc has an enormous inventory with good to great prices. Their fulfillment speed is comical as it takes them “forever” to process the payment, pull products from their warehouse and ship. I’ve purchased many item from this site over the past few years and will continue to do so. But…they have the slowest fulfillment on the web in my experience.

Terrible customer service. I ask them a question about an issue I find and they talk to me like I am wrong. It didn't happen once but twice. They don't want my business and told me to shop elsewhere. I give up. I will go elsewhere.

I’ve gotten a few things from Hobbylinc and each time it was a smooth transaction and the order was well packed. Great prices as well. I lost an auction on eBay for a WW II motorcycle and went to Hobbylinc and found the same kit for less. Thank you Hobbylinc!

My boys order their models from HobbyLinc. Every product we receive is in good condition, never broken. We usually get the model delivered a day or two before the expected delivery (not sure if that is thanks to HobbyLinc or the delivery service, though). Always a fair price!

A very good experience. I often check Hobbylinc for Busch and Wiking vehicles. This is the main place I purchase them. I ordered 2 sets of A and M class MB and a set of MB Sprinters. All at a great price, thanks.

Definitely the go-to place for hobby and craft supplies. They have just about everything and combined shipping.

Trying to get carving hobby knife blades anywhere else was really expensive, but here you pay for the blades and shipping is calculated on the lot, instead of being expected to pay for 'free shipping' with the cost added to each packet of blades on ebay or amazon.
