This company is going to rip you off
I have ordered from Hobbytech three times. The first time was okay. The second time they sent my package to the wrong address then tried to not give me a refund.
Now this time they have really ripped me off. I initially put in an order and put my debit card number in and submitted order. After I placed the order I saw they only accept credit card or etransfer and I don't have a credit card. I immediately sent them a message that I was sending an etransfer instead as like I said I don't have a credit card.
Yesterday they sent an email to say they accepted my payment. Then today they email me saying they won't ship or refund me because of an issue over my name.
Johnny is rude and unprofessional. I have sent him proof from my bank account in form of screenshots from my statement and of the confirmation page on my bank app, and he still won't do anything.
Worst service I have ever had in 35 years of doing this Hobby. Don't recommend doing business here, there are much better online stores
