Bought a super king mattress from ideal world shopping channel on 25th December 2020 it was supposedly guaranteed for 18 years see pictures its a mattress from a company called dormeo supposed to be fantastic mattresses.
It was kept in the box rolled up till we moved house in march 2021 then a few months ago it started developing faults , see pictures.
On getting in touch via email then phone i was told ideal world went into liquidation.
Sorry for bad language but bull they are still on free view selling stuff as ideal world.
They basically told me nothing we can do about your faulty mattress.

Been in touch with which the consumer website who have advised me to give ideal world 14 days to either give me a full refund or a replacement.

This information was given them on the 13.02.2023 but still no reply from them or any resolution. Looks like im going to have to take legal action seeing as this company really dont care about customers after they have your money.

THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015 makes it an implied term of the contract i have with ideal world that goods be described fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality,
As they are in breach of contract and ive owned the product between 6 months and 6 years i am within my statutory rights to demand a replacement.
I will be taking this up with the consumer website which. Im also getting in touch with the bbc watchdog programme about this .

Where do I start? 1st they overcharged me, then sent the wrong product, after I'd returned wrong product they did initially refund me and sent the correct product.
THEN THEY CHARGED ME FOR BOTH!
It took six weeks to get my refund, they even implied I was lying about returning the incorrect product they'd sent me.
Thank heavens my father is a lawyer with 40yrs experience.
A letter from his firm soon made them stop their antics. I was refunded within 3 days. Be aware, a disputed charge with Hochanda can appear on your credit file within no time at all.
I had to send a notice of correction to transunion, experian and equifax because of these numpties.

Whats going wrong at Create and Craft
Trying to renew create and craft memberhip, told by cutomer service agents at Sandown show that they dont auto renew any more and i would need to purchase on the website. can add to the basket but every time i try to checkout the basket clears. Emailed customer service but get an auto response that a reply could be 7-10 days - REALLY ??
I have spent a lot of money over the years with create and craft. Do you actually want want to have cutomers in the UK?

I ordered an item from Create and Craft before Christmas and paid by flexi-pay, however my bank card changed in February and I have been unable to change my details, but still have a last payment to pay. Despite emails and phone calls it has not been resolved or even answered and now they have involved a debit collection agency. Avoid the new create and carft like a Plague.

I am utterly disgusted with this company and their takeover of CreateandCraft.tv. I have notg been able to access my account with C&C three times now and every time I email I get the same response 3-5 days before replying. NOW its 7-10 days. What is going on. I need #to access my account so I can access my Tattered Lace dikgital magazine subscription and am unable. I am at my wits end with frustration. It is no good getting in touch with Tattered Lace as their "info" email address bounces back undelivered. I am going to seek leagal action against this company for non compliance of service.
Rubbish customer service
Been with Create&Craft for over 10 years. Ordered on the 22nd March was charged full rate on the item and P&P despite offer of no P&P offer. I have sent 5 emails since the 22nd March they respond by saying will get back in 3-5 days. It is now 10 days and still no response. Tried phoning hung on for 21 minutes then again later for 15 mins and gave up. How do you contact them. Non existent customer service

I placed an order with the craft store now called create and craft on the 10th February this year. As yet still not received it! I’ve rang 8 times to be told the same story “ we apologise for this and it’s being sorted “ not good enough I’ve paid for this and am so frustrated with them terribly customer service , will never order from them again. Firstly they said they got a response off Hermes aka evri saying it’s been lost , and still no response from evri as to where my parcel is according to them? Is their a thief in the midst ? Or is someone telling porkys ? Extremely angry 😡 and frustrated. Also your on hold for over 30 minutes to get through! They keep blaming it on the merger ! But I ordered my order before the merger ! Total lies, and excuses. 😡

been a member of create & craft over 10 years since the take over my account is not up to date invoices missing and on last day of the takeover i ordered 12 tape pens and pro print paper this was on the 25 feb 02/22 i still have not received it todays date is 10/3/ 22 and it is not on my account not good enough

Dreadful customer service, they manipulated the feefo score, won't ever buy from them agaun, whatever they call themselves!... I paid for free postage and they still charged me postage. I did get back my money... Eventually!

Placed an order 5 days ago. Yesterday it was still showing as 'processing' so I emailed and asked if they could give me an idea of when it would be dispatched. I got the most unhelpful reply saying they can confirm the order is processing but have no dispatch date. The next paragraph saif if I have any questions, to get in touch.
My email was a simple question which they couldn't or wouldn't answer.
They've taken my money which includes the extra I paid for quicker delivery (!) and all I have to show for it is frustration.
Absolutely terrible customer service, if my order ever turns up it will be my first and last! Their trustpilot reviews are not good, and added to the terrible service it makes me suspicious of all their 5-star feefo reviews which can only be left by invitation....
Bottom line is don't bother, take your custom elsewhere. Lots of small businesses out there who give fantastic service.
No loyalty for existing customers!
Have been a freedom member for a very long time. My bank changed my card in the last few weeks since my last installment for the club subscription. I could not see on my account with Hochanda where I could change my card number. My next club subscription is due today and tried to make an order but was getting charged £5.99 P&P so rang customer services to be told that I will now have to pay £7.95 per month instead of £5.95. I conveyed to the operative that I thought that rather harsh but was told on the phone and email that they would not budge. I would not call it customer services as feel very disappointed with the outcome. I felt that they did not help at all! I will not be watching or purchasing in the future.

Very poor customer service. Order placed on 02.08.21 still not complete. No communication about this from The Craft store, though I have contacted them at regular intervals. Apologies but never any action. They are always going to 'get back to me' - as if! No follow up from them. Need reporting to trading standards.
Scammers and liars
They set up a webpage saying how good art is for people and with the lockdown it’s a good time to try art. They offered free watercolour paint kits but didn’t send out any! Total joke. Very disappointing. They’ve deleted all their social media pages.

I paid on flexi order for some items, they did not arrive on time, as usual, the items actually arrived about three days befored second flexi payment due.
Then they had the cheek, a few days later to ask for a review, when I had not had time to use items.
If you can avoid buying from them, buy from somewhere else, the only thing that arrives on time is the flexi payment reminders!!!!

BEWARE
I have received a parcel from Hochanda with the incorrect address. This led to significant delay in my being able to return item within 14 days. NOTE 14 DAYS. So they returned it to me ! With the incorrect address again. I have received NO SATISFACTION in asking for a refund despite the incorrect address it did not have a street or town on it. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Recommend highly SEWING STREET.

Ordered one item and got charged for 2. Placed another order and my account said it has been refunded. I have yet to see a refund in my account. Didnt even get a notification that they had processed a refund. If it wasn’t the only place to buy Zuri moulds in the UK I would never use them. Website always breaking down too.
