I just need to say : is Hochzeitsrausch offers a lot of choice ? Is here time flying as in seconds ? Is here the most friendly and caring team ? All answers are yes !!! I need to mention that I am not a bride, as I was helping my bestie to pick up a dress for this special day❤️BUT as soon as Nikoleta arrived, I already knew that my dress I would be so glad to pick up with her ! Out of all wedding salons were I was as a friend of bride, this one was just so emotional and will stay forever in my heart !! Thank you so much !

I booked the appointment and planned to only look around at the wedding dresses, as I also had three other salons booked. But after just 1 hour I rang the bell and said yes to the dress! Noemi; thank you very much for your patience, guiding me and making sure I really feel comfortable. I don’t think I could have imagined a more perfect experience or the dress!

I said yes to the dress! It was the first shop I ever visited , tried 6-7 dresses and all of them were beautiful and fitted well, it was a hard choice at the end but I found the dress! Angelina was very helpful and skilled in fitting the dresses and spoke good English. The experience exceeded my expectations for sure !

Barbara and Kristina were the best women to Consulting pir best friend!! They were patient, kind, funny, lovely. We had the best time. And we found the best dress!! Let’s hope I’ll catch the wedding bouquet and come back for my dress! 🥰🥰🥰

I had an appointment today and our advisor was Alicia, since my German is not the best and my sister could not understand she switched to English immediately for us ❤️. She was just amazing, really nice throughout the day and made our stay really enjoyable, had a lot of valid inputs and alternative ideas.
The dresses were very pretty and you can see that they take care of them a lot, the changing rooms are spacious and the whole area looks really nice. Regardless of buying a dress or not, it is really nice to have attendees who are nice and create a welcoming and fun environment. Thank you for your care ❤️❤️❤️

beautiful store, huge selection of stunning wedding dresses. my visit was a complete success, my wife had already found her dress there without my knowledge and sent me there for my suit. I was very impressed by the great advice and the selection. We loved it so much that we bought our wedding rings there. I would recommend everyone to visit the house. a complete success for us!

This place is awful. They lure you into going there by having roughly 700 super pretty dresses on their website. I went in particular because of the Pronovias dresses. However, they do not actually have those dresses at all. They barely have any dresses that they present online. I asked for 12 they had online - they had only one of them actually - ridiculous.

When trying on, they whole process was highly uncomfortable and they were putting pressure on me all the time. Besides, there were two sales people constantly. One being a man in his 60s or so. This was cringeworthy! Some of the dresses did not fit well around the bust at all leaving me quite exposed - and having a man strange stand around asking me what I didn’t like about the dress was just very weird and uncomfortable.

One of the dresses was very nice and I was thinking of buying it - but given the rest of the experience, I really didn’t want to make a purchase there.

The dresses are nice but the customer service will not care about you the moment you pay for the dress. They are all very nice and smiley but honestly, after that they will not even bother.
Promised that the dress altering will cost max 250 EUR and if more they will give the difference back, the altering cost 500 EUR and they just ignored any attempts of discussing this.
When promised to call back or send an email - never did.
Bought the dress in 34, got delivered in 38 and all costs were on me.
So make sure BEFORE you accept the dress, you check all the details and be prepared to spend a lot more money than they tell you.
