Unfortunately very very poor service and ownership of errros made by this company. Sold stock that was not available and did offer an alternative but sent a left handed stick instead of right. Also purchased elbow pads advertised as “intermediate performance” when it was in reality intermediate size… elbow pads were soo small wouldn’t fit an eight year old… returned both stick and elbow pads and they only partially refund for the stick… they didn’t even bother to re-send the alternative stick initially offered. Made attempts to understand where the refund for the elbow are but refusing to accept or acknowledge issue… there was also long delays in shipping too, took 6 weeks of unnecessary chasing too to get the original ordered delivered. Yes, they are cheap but don’t trust that you’ll get what you ordered and don’t expect good service from them when things go wrong.
