Didn't get the briefcase I ordered, no correspondence from this company and in the end had to get my bank to do a chargeback. Appalling.

Scam
Ordered a briefcase from them. No delivery after promised delivery time. They do not answer their phone or answer emails. I think I have been duped into paying for this upfront and they have now disappeared. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IT IS A SCAM.

Not to be trusted!
Ordered goods in June - did not have 2 of the 3 items. Took my money, supplied substitute goods to which I hadn't agreed and in spite of returning goods still to date do not have a full refund. I have not been able to get a reply on the contact number for over a month and emails are not answered. Do NOT buy from them!
By the way, Tom Ashmore that has given the only glowing review works for them and initially was my point of contact.

Ordered some racket grips 2 months ago, p&p extortionate at £3.95. They sent the wrong grips in an envelope they had reused for postage cost to them of £1.00. Very slow to respond to emails. Had to return the grips at my own cost before they would do anything. Took nearly another 4 weeks before they admitted they didn't have the ones I ordered. Eventually got a refund, but am still waiting for a promised refund of the cost of returning the wrong ones to them.

After 3 weeks I haven't receive anything from holdall yet. Also they are not responding my mail. Very bad experience. Hope I get my order, but expecting the worst...
