Holidayfuns Reviews

As with other reviewers we were ripped off by this company’s offering of a talking moving sorting hat tree decoration, which doesn’t move or talk as it is a poorly painted solid moulding which could never do either. These people are con merchants who then offer a derisory discount and allow you to keep the awful item, which is only fit for the bin. When pressed for a full refund they say you have to ship it back to them in China at your own expense. Also the email address on their website began bouncing emails after a while.

As with other buyers, the item that arrived was not the one shown on the website. My item doesn't move, nor make sounds - it's a "static" ornament only.

I’ve waited 5 weeks for our sorting hat decorations to be sent to us. Total scam. They were advertised to have sound and motion and don’t. Don’t get ripped off by this company!!!!!

This store advertises products they cannot provide. I ordered a Harry Potter talking sorting hat ornament, and the listing indicated it was a Hallmark ornament. The listing shows videos of the ornament talking, and indicates it needs batteries. I received a plain, resin ornament (no sound). To their credit, they were responsive to my emails, but they would only provide a minimal discount, or offer a full refund if I paid myself to ship it back to China. This would be acceptable if the item was what they advertised, but it's not even close. I can buy a resin sorting hat ornament on Amazon for $13 - they charged $28 + shipping for the talking ornament, knowing the real Hallmark one costs $40. This site is a scam, and despite their claims of satisfaction guarantee, they won't actually resolve the issue.
