Wonderful place to work with. Everything was clean and check-in/check-out was easy and quick. Love Sandpiper Cove and cant wait to go back next year!

We’ve been coming to Inlet Reef for nearly 20 years. We always enjoy coming back. We stayed in unit 319. It is a lovely unit, but I have to say, the master bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable that I honestly would avoid this unit for that reason alone. The only thing that made me look forward to ending my vacation was knowing I would finally get a good night’s rest when I left. Complaining about this seems pointless because it can be a matter of preference. But it’s just that bad. I sleep in plenty of hotels and I’ve never experienced anything like that.

The ONLY complaint I have is about some of the other clientele (flipped a cigarette off the balcony, loud cursing).

The property was clean and in good shape.

Inlet Reef facilities/grounds gets 5 stars but unfortunately the condo gets 3.5 .
The view was stunning and I gotta say the master bedroom mattress was great. We had a great nights sleep! Unfortunately, the low rating is because the condo is in need of sprucing up because it is looking run down with the nicks, dings and aging and it really could use thorough cleaning, that would have brought it to 4 stars. There were only 2 blankets for the full 3 bedroom condo and thiose could use to be replaced. I didn’t want to use the comforters since I doubt those are washed in between guests. Since it was just my husband and myself, the blankets worked for us. They did have updated appliances.

I loved everything and there were no surprises, cleanliness was very pleasing to me. My family travels a lot for sports, I am extremely happy and will be back!

This was such a great condo to stay at and we had so much space! Very clean and well kept. We will be back!!!

My truck was backed in to by a gentleman named Reid Joyner with emerald coast all purpose llc that contracted for the property. I didn't know that he did but he reached out to me the next day to inform me of what happened. He stated he would pay for the repairs and all I had to do is get estimates and send to him. I let him know that I was from Atlanta and would get them when I got back. I got the estimate for him and sent it to him. That's when it all went downhill. He called back and told me that he didn't feel as though he did that much damage to my truck and his friends told him that he should not pay it. The estimate was around $1200 and his wife and friend stated that it should not be more than $300. I called and texted for another week or two and he wouldn't answer back. I had to call from my work phone for him to answer. When he heard my voice there was a loud sigh. He stated that he wasn't going to pay the estimate so we agreed on him to send me a check for $500. So he claimed that he was going to send it that day. I had not received it in a week so I attempted to call again and text. He started putting me straight to voicemail. Called from a different number again and he answers of course. I stated that I had not received the check still and he stated he was tired of this situation and he was done with it. He hangs up the phone on me and I have never heard back from him again. So I am stuck with getting this fixed myself.

One of the best vacations taken with family...the unit we rented was perfect for our size family... the interior was beautiful , very clean and equipped with everything we expected... we had a problem with washing machine but maintenance came ASAP and resolved the problem...no time taken from the gorgeous Destin beach, that was right out our back door...close to everything. Booking process and checkin were very easy and stress free...which made a huge difference when being in a car for 9 hours!! With children!! Would highly recommend holiday Isle properties and the unit that we rented .. could not have gone any smoother

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, and close to the beach.

Our stay was very enjoyable with only one exception. The condition of the bathroom in the unit we stayed in was in need of repair.
The tile floor was cracked and breaking apart. Tile slivers were on the floor in front of the bathtub; it was very uncomfortable to step out of the tub onto the unsteady flooring. In addition, the toilet appeared lose on the cracked tile.
It bears repeating the floor was unsafe.
All other aspects of the trip from booking until departure were seamless.

Hi we had a blast it was awesome oh my God we done it all I can't wait till we come again but before we do that I need y'all to do something with the mattresses that mattress was horrible then we try to go to sleep on a sofa that was horrible I mean y'all probably had it for a long time but y'all need to upgrade

They are extremely easy to work with, and nice check in was quick and they had some goodies for the kids which I tought was very thoughtful. They walked us trough the map and answered any questions we had.. would most definitely book through them again.
