Good company manager is very supportive as well as colleagues are also supportive.I joined in January and had a good experience with this company.

The Indore center has very poor management.
I faced clear hierarchy bias and was fired due to repeated misbehavior from the manager, Isha isha. Despite working sincerely, I was not paid for my hard work.
The owner Vijay and the manager Isha openly brought their personal relationship into office hours, crossing professional boundaries. Honesty, diligence, and loyalty were consistently dismissed.
There was also a toxic, complaint-driven environment among several female staff members, and management made no effort to address or improve it.
I may trust their travel services, but I do not trust their internal team or staff culture to work with.
