After seeing this raincoat on instagram, I purchased one for my granddaughter for her 5th birthday. She was having a rainbow and unicorn themed party. She was so delighted with her coat and loved the soft lining. She was disappointed there wasn’t any rain but sprayed water to see if change into lovely colours.

Gorgeous product. Lovely, soft inner layer. Beautiful colours both when wet and dry. My daughter is genuinely really excited to put on her coat on when we go out, and having her not "scared" of the rain is a game changer!

Loved the look and idea, thought "I'd want one if I were a child". The colour, patterns, style, size and quality are great, When i gave them to the kids, they were so excited, they loved the design and the colour, and when i gave them the water spray for the magic, they were so excited and surprised. I did think the raincoats were a bit expensive. Got the 10% off, then bought 2 for another discount, so made it more affordable to me. I am delighted with my purchase.

Awful customer service, contacted them back in September. Had to e-mail on and off until finally getting a response in February.

There is an issue with the coat purchased, the colour changing element has completely come off. They are claiming its not their coat.

It was purchased through their website, and has their label. Awful company.

I have explained it was a gift, so my e-mail wasn't used. They have never asked for am order number as they never reply to e-mails.

Edit: Company contacted me following review and offered a full refund and to send the raincoat in addition at no cost. In all honesty I was doubting this would actually happen but they came through on both counts. I received both the refund and the raincoat within a few days.
The Jacket is good quality, and fits well.
Colour changing feature works and it is overall a nice raincoat.

Ordered start of Nov, have not received anything.
Tracking number originally given didn’t recognise, and it took almost a month to get a reply asking for an update.
When they did respond, they assured me the jacket had been dispatched and provided a new tracking number as I requested.
The tracking number linked to some type of warehouse management company, which doesn’t appear to be accessible for customer use.
I have emailed again but have not received a reply, or the jacket.

Great customer services and amazing products. My kids love their rain coats. They are quality and fun!

I won’t go into detail to save this small business further embarrassment but I wouldn’t recommend due to the poor customer service I received. The jacket itself was okay when it eventually arrived. But the customer service ruined it and I wouldn’t shop with them again.

Ordered the Dalmatian raincoat for my great niece. The coat was beautifully packaged! She absolute loved it. Well made! Highly recommend! I ordered the Dalmatian umbrella. They now ship from overseas due to high costs in the US. Even though it was shipped from overseas it came quickly! I can’t wait to give her the umbrella! Also- when I saw my credit card had a foreign charge on it after I placed the order I emailed the company. Jack replied within minutes!!

Fantastic product: delivery arrived when stated, packaging of a good quality, raincoat of good quality.
Has so far withstood torrential rain, mud and multiple washes.
Most importantly, my daughter adores this coat and loves to wear it wherever we go.
I will definitely buy from this company again.
