Ordered the duo browzer pack and pleased with the product. Perfect for easy removal of peach fuzz. Blade is large and not ideal for brows but aware that they offer alternative product.
Customer service is very good, had to return a separate purchase as not what I thought I ordered, really prompt responses, helpful staff, refund obtained with ease.
On that basis, no hesitancy in recommending the company - 5 stars for service (thanks Shanel Roa).
4 star rating on the product, does what it says in the tin. Not as good a result as salon derma planning (in terms of skin) BUT a solid choice for easy peach fuzz removal at home and especially during lockdown, so would purchase again based on that.

The product line is amazing. Delivery times are accurate and very efficient. And the customer service reps are amazing. I can’t say enough about this company.

I ordered the Hollywood browzer and my puppy chewed it before I got to use it! I had emailed to say I would purchase one again and explained and the lovely lady Shanel kindly sent me one as a good will gesture! Will continue to support this business

Today I received my Hollywood Browzer and I directly made a check. During shipment I got 2 explanations how to handle and also there is a great description with pictures with the delivery. Finally the result of my first test: I love the Hollywood Browzer. It's so easy to use and handle. My face felt so great. I'm sure that my makeup tomorrow will be much better.

So easy to use, instructions are easy to follow, face feels smooth and soft, quick delivery. Does exactly what it says it will do.

Amazing customer service!! This is my second order of the Hollywood Browzer, it’s such an amazing product and it is definitely value for money! It does as described and makes your skin feel so much softer and healthier.

I used my new browzer this evening alongside the new Hollywood puff, unfortunately the stitching of the handle came away from the puff. I emailed customer service not expecting to receive a response for a few days but received one in an hour, and an hour later Shanel had organised a replacement to be sent out to me!

I have ordered many times and always received good customer service and the items cane quickly. This time I had made a mistake and put the wrong address. Brand new to Hollywood browzer, received my order today and something wasn’t quite right. I emailed and the service was 150% perfect. Quick and polite response and actioned so promptly I didn’t even have time to blink! I can’t wait to try this product because if it’s as good as it’s customer service team, I’m on to a winner.

Fab product. I’ve tried others but this is the easiest abs the fastest. Hair does NOT come back darker or thicker. Don’t be scared to try it. I’ve just ordered my 5 3rd duo and I’ve also ordered an eyebrow tool as well. The customer service was fab as I wasn’t sure if my order went through as my battery died! I emailed and then they replied quickly and had the order and the transaction went smoothly. Very happy 😃

This makes my personal beauty routine easy and a lot less expensive and painful than threading! It does what it says, I am converted to “do it yourself” and am very impressed by their customer service-order was promptly dealt with, was delayed in Christmas post, and a replacement was sent immediately. Shanel was incredibly helpful and professional.
