Scam allert zero support

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Holy Grain. I purchased their "ultimate bundl" for $79, and after the payment was processed, I received absolutely nothing. No download link, no confirmation email—nothing.
I have tried to contact their customer support through their website's contact form several times over the last 24 hours, but I haven't received a single response. They have no social media presence (no Facebook, no Instagram) and no direct contact information, which makes them look like a total scam operation.
DO NOT BUY from this website! They take your money and disappear. It is a complete rip-off.
