This experience was like pulling teeth.
It took 24 days from placing the order to even receive an email saying the package had been delivered to the drop-off point. Their warehouse is only about an hour and a half away from that location, so this level of delay is simply unacceptable.
What made the situation even more frustrating was the poor communication throughout the process. I received little to no updates, and I had to actively chase information myself. There was no proactive communication or clear explanation for the delays.
To make matters worse, the package was lost in the process — though that’s a separate issue altogether. In the end, it took 42 days from placing the order before I finally had the package in my hands.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.
