This experience was like pulling teeth.

It took 24 days from placing the order to even receive an email saying the package had been delivered to the drop-off point. Their warehouse is only about an hour and a half away from that location, so this level of delay is simply unacceptable.
What made the situation even more frustrating was the poor communication throughout the process. I received little to no updates, and I had to actively chase information myself. There was no proactive communication or clear explanation for the delays.
To make matters worse, the package was lost in the process — though that’s a separate issue altogether. In the end, it took 42 days from placing the order before I finally had the package in my hands.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Avoid

Do not use. I ordered my childs Santa present 6 weeks ago and it looks like it won't arrive for Christmas, if ever. I paid for next day delivery on Amazon. I am unable to get in contact with anyone. It says the package is in the Evri depot 30 mins away from me but there is no public access and no way of speaking to anyone. Avoid.

poor customer service

If i could give a zero star i would. I placed an order in early August and still do not have either my items or a credit. I have emailed and called numerous times and the responses were curt, rude and unhelpful. I have requested a full credit but still nothing - very poor customer service. I am now having to resort to considering legal options to get a refund as they simply do not respond. Previous orders were good but clearly this company has gone downhill. I recommend avoiding the agony!

Shop to be avoided, keep away

Lousy experience with this shop.
A few month ago I put an order for items that were due to be available in February
February and March went by and no parcel delivered. After many mails and a phone call the order was finally cancelled.
New order on June 27 for goods that were supposed to be in stock (I have screen copies) and parcel to be sent within five to ten working days. To this date, no shipment is under way. They answered one mail to explain that it is the way its is with them and no further answer.
I shall put in a complaint with the credit card company
My comments:
1) this shop is financing its operation with orders paid but on hold
2) this shop is not resoecting the European legislation on mail orders
To be avoided. Keep away!
Update: August 1st 2023
I received a partial shipment of the order but no mention about the missing items.

I spent 635 euros on their store

I spent 635 euros on their store. I contacted them because, after a month and half, my package tracking is still stuck on "released by customs authorities". They sent me a link to the home page of the customs and said I can send them a complaint ! Unbelievable. Not only they don't care at all about their customers, they mock them !

Goods never received and refunded via PayPal

I ordered the items and delivery was "shipping after 5-10 days. After 12 days where the order was at the status "being prepared", I emailed the costumer service and was told "it will be shipped soon" after another 5 days I opend a dispute via PayPal. The shop never reacted to PayPal dispute and I raised a claim which was ruled in my favour. During the Claim process I was contacted suddenly by the shop they told me that they would send the items once I cancelled my PayPal claim. In PayPal claim policy you cannot reopen a dispute once you have cancelled it.
I answered back that they shuold send the items as it was allresdy paid for. Once items received the claim would be cancelled. In the meantime the PayPal policy is very transparent and as such you can put it on hold if the shop had responded.
