Rubbish communication, rubbish beds. I still can not sleep on my bed due the slats constantly coming off.

Purchase at your own risk. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

This company is the perfect example of why you should pay for anything that costs over £100 by credit card.
I bought an ottoman bed from them at the end of August 2022 but the hydraulic system has already failed.
I reported it to them asking them to repair or replace the item. They refused saying they only offer 3 months warranty. That may be the case but they seem to be entirely ignorant of a buyer’s rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to expect that goods must be fit for purpose and/or of satisfactory quality and the warranty position is irrelevant where either situation applies.
I will be pursuing a refund through my credit card and if that does not work will have no hesitation in pursuing a claim through the county court for recovery of the cost of the bed.

I ordered my sons bed (a single ottoman bed) for Christmas as I was designing his room. The order was meant to be delivered and assembled on the 18th of December yet half of the delivery came which was the WRONG delivery anyways, my son is STILL left without a bed and I missed 2 days of work to be at home to receive an order which was never going to come!! Amazon shame on you for working with a company that scams people, I will be reporting this to trading standards!! Scammers!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted by the service I have received from this company.

I ordered a bed through Amazon on 30 November and the app kept stating it will be delivered between 6-7 December.

Nothing arrived and the delivery had been moved to the 8-12th December so I then decided to call up find out what was happening.

I telephoned to find out that from 2nd November they knew it wasn’t in stock and yet did they think to notify me ? Nope just updating the delivery date !
They didn’t think to cancel and refund the order back to me or ask what I wanted to do.

So now before Christmas I am without a bed and I still have no MONEY

Only wish I'd read the reviews... I brought a trundle day bed via Wowchet and paid £29.99 delivery ! Delivery was rearranged 3 times ( nightmare because I'm self employed ) and then it arrived without the mattresses! The only way to contact the company is via a contact email form.. this is useless without mattresses! I need them and so now have to buy separately from Argos and pay extra again for fast delivery so we have something to sleep on !!

Had some damaged items. Was offered a 3% refund rather than being sent out new items. Petty

Does not deserve 1 star. Appalling customer service. Ordered a bed for Friday delivery, had confirmation for Friday delivery, took time off work, paid for my sons previously bed to be removed, to be telephoned Friday morning from them informing me that delivery wasnt until Monday. Manager stated 'i should have just known that delivery wasn't set in stone' 'as its common knowledge' 'your son will have to make do with sleeping on the floor', 'oh well I've cancelled your delivery now', 'im not going to give you the contact details for higher management'. Money will not go back into my account for 3-5 days. I requested the complaints procedure, the manager hung up the phone on me. Avoid this company like the plague

Absolutely useless company.
1. Order bed through their website on Sunday.
2. Email confirmation - delivery within a day two, tracking details to follow.
3. No tracking details three days later.
4. Contact company Thursday. Delivery Friday (4 days after order) by ArrowXL, expect email or call Thursday or Friday morning.
5. No contact from anyone.
6. Call Friday - told to call Amazon! Yes, Amazon because they deal with deliveries...
7. Contact Amazon - of course they can't help because order not placed through them.
8. Email Home Treats, told being dispatched today for delivery Monday.
9. Told them to give me a refund. Said they can't because it has been despatched...

Avoid like the plague.

Do not buy! Scammers!!! I bought a bed via groupon. Waited weeks for it to be in transit. Never got delivered. I ask for a refund every single day and groupon have said the merchant hasn’t responded. I have emailed over and over and they don’t reply! They don’t answer the phone either. Save your money! They’ll reply saying ‘email us’ yet, you email and there’s no response. Do not waste your money, scammers! Go else where.

I wish I could give zero stars, bought a double ottoman storage bed on 13th August through a reputed company only to realise later it was actually supplied by Home Treats as a verified seller.
One box turned up, no sign of second. Requested the 2nd box or a full refund, told to go to courier, courier sent me back to Home Treats. Now dealing with an extremely rude 'customer service' advisor via email. Will not refund until box 1 is collected, however sent a courier on one date which I had told them I would not be in - they've told me that's a 'failed' collection and will only do one more - booked courier for yesterday, stayed in all day, surprise, no courier. Emailed twice and finally got a reply saying sorry about that we think they'll try Monday- I will be at work Monday... have informed them but no reply as yet, going by some of the reviews on here it looks like I will be stuck with box 1 and no refund! I have informed the company I bought it from and registered a complaint. We will see but absolutely will not be using again and would absolutely advise AVOID.

My delivery of King size bed should have been 1st Sept, still waiting for it, ring customer services you just talk to answer phone. Then they don't call you back. Its still showing 9 available on Amazon, if so where is my daughters bed?
Very poor service

Stay away from this company, i ordered 3 ottoman beds they came when they said but were damaged so i didnt accept the delibery off the van, they were meant to send replacements which didnt turn up when i contacted them again they said one of the panels were damaged so i could have 2 beds and wait for another or refund i chose refund as my kids disnt have beds as id got rid of there old beds, it got to a week and i emailed again asking where my refund was they said it had been refunded into my account which it hasnt and when i disputed this they sent a pdf with the date i oredered the beds and refunded at the side of it when i told them i could send them bankstatements to prove i hadnt recieved the refund i havnt heard a thing since. So now im £562 down, my kids have no beds and i do t have the money to buy anymore, so do t know how im going to get the money back.

I am still waiting for my delivery,which should have arrived by the 18 August 2022.
I've emailed the Company and no reply.

Brought bed Monday paid extra for next day delivery. Was given the wrong tracking number its invalided. So can't see if its being delivered today as per payment. Tried contacting them via ebay. They seem to know nothing and wont assist in giving the correct tracking. Tried calling there customer service. No one is manning it. Complete joke of a company avoid

Never Again.
Purchased 2 beds. First van went to the correct address but the beds weren’t on the van. Second courier had the beds but went to the wrong address. The beds were then left the next day when no one was in at the wrong address. The company was told, and then the courier texted to say 2 more beds were going to the correct address. Told them to cancel this and was told they might not be able to and if the beds are left they would charge me twice. No one lives in the flat yet. A complete disaster. Would never buy anything from this company again.

I bought a king size bed but the dimensions are not for king size is 157x207 so 7 cm plus. Poor quality.

Bought a bed through WOWCHER from this company, bed never arrived, chased multiple times until they finally admitted it had been lost. I then request a refund which they said takes 3 working days to request. Chased after 3 days to be told it’s with WOWCHER. WOWCHER said they have had no refund request from the company.

Total Scam and not what I need when I have just moved into my first home, very doubtful I will ever get my money back.

Joke of a company. Refused to refund postage cost for faulty item they sent. Rude customer service and no answer on phone number given. Avoid at all costs!!

Would not recommend.
I bought a small double pine bed frame which arrived on 18th December 2021. It seemed well designed with central legs to give added support. On 30th January 2022 however one of the wooden sections split in two, a glue repair was attempted but didn't work.
When I called, Home Treats made it clear that their products are only guaranteed for 7 days and then only for problems that existed at the time of delivery. The customer service person put the phone down on me when I suggested the frame wasn't fit for purpose.
I think their approach probably doesn't comply with the law but I don't have the time or money to pursue them through the court.
I sent a formal complaint by email, and followed up after a few weeks but there has been no response.
