Top professionel service hos Home Espergærde

It’s was an easy process of selling my apartment with the help of home Taastrup. People of home were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend any known and unknown people to try them.

The selling process with HOME was efficient, lean and professional.
They approach customers much more serious than NyBolig or Mæglerhuset in Aalborg.
Good help from their side and we are happy that the deal is done!

They made a lot of fake ads of apartments in Boligsiden. Apartments 90% not available. They ask to go to Home.dk, and there is prices 3-4k more then in ads in Boligsiden. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

The Company is someone who does not care about the customer. Or may be they just don't care about customers who don't speak Danish. I lived in Solroed Strand and had engaged them in selling the house. The came with a price of 56K, but added a grund pack of 9K + photo which came to about 8.5K and then I had to pay for the report. In the end I ended up paying over 100K.

Even after paying so much it took more than 7 months to sell the house and they reduced the price by 200K and then further by 50K. They said that they were on our side but it did not seem so. The main man who signed the deal talked well but handed the house to some other junior members who could not defend minor question from the perspective buyers.

For example: The house was very illuminated and had light from all direction. However on one occasion they told me that the client said the house was dark, I mean really. We had some times had too much light while we lived there. but the guys who were showing the house could not defend this simple thing.

That apart The did not even put a for sale sign in front of the house, even after reminding them. In short they took us for granted. They never made any effort but only talked sweet when we complained. We did not complain much and possibly that was our mistake.

So all in all we were lured by the sweet talk and the fact that the agent lived in the same locality but it turned out we were fools. We were treated like we were least important and made to pay more and sold the house for much less than it should have. Lesson learnt. Never ever trusting home.dk again.

And btw they even did not do their job properly even after that. They actually forgot to inform the Insurance company to remove my name from the house. I had to call them back again to get that done and had to stop payment to the insurance company. A hassle that could have been easily avoided.

Malene is a very good advisor and lawyer. She is very good at communicating and very quick in response. Based on the fact that my Danish is not very advanced, she is very considerate in that and helped thoroughly in the process. I really appreciate the hard work she is doing and I would recommend her to anyone without a second thought.

We switched to Mogens in Amager Home after Robinhus let us down. Mogens is a straight talker who doesn't waste your time with estate agent blabber... So if you want hours of compliments about your house then ask your neighbours.... Mogens was efficient and very professional... He got us viewings very quickly and even more money than the asking price (Robinhus were telling us to lower the price) he also lent us his van for a day! Great company and a great team behind him!

I'm very pleased with the home Nivå team and their reliable and extended customer services. They are punctual and keep you informed for all updates. They have been attentive and respectful of my interests and needs while advising possible plans with a great knowledge of the market. They also went out their ways to take care all the details, demonstrating their commitments in personal level. They wouldn't mind sitting for hours to help me filling out Danish documents while explaining and answering all my questions in English. The communications has been clear and reliable, keeping me informed through the process. I appreciated their honest feedback and their constant availability. Above all, I was impressed with my agent for his respect towards my house, not treating it as another sale list.

I went to check one of the many rentals to find that the price and deposit advertised on the website are lower than the actual cost. Expect 700-900 dkk additional in A/C and a numbing 6 month payment in advance, for a 15 month binding contract (of which re painting and potentially other fees will be taken when moving out). Apartments are unfurnished and obviously smaller than advertised. What a waste of time!

Very helpful with inquiries and smooth process with buying property. I did not need to take care of any thing. My consultant was Maria from Home Solrød, she is extremely friendly, responded to the inquiries very quick and explained to me the documents in detail.

Where do I start. Not once, but twice, have I had the experience with home.dk where I was shown a property to only have that property sold without being informed.

Now I am a foreigner, so obviously I am not familiar with the backwards property purchasing system of Denmark - where you have to first sign the contract and then review it. As a lawyer myself, this goes against everything I know about transactional processes.

Notwithstanding this illogical process, my complaint against home.dk, is lack of communication.

I viewed a house on a Tuesday. Made an offer on the Wednesday. On making the offer I was presented with the purchase agreement to sign. Being a foreigner, I had to use google translate, which I know (especially with legal docs) is not accurate. So, there were a few things that concerned me in the transaction. I asked the real estate agent to elaborate. But because the real estate agent is the representative of the seller, they can't advise the buyer - so instead I should spend dkk10,000 to hire a lawyer to explain two small paragraphs to me.

I advised the real estate agent I just want clarity on the provisions, and that I am not asking for advice. While having this back and forth, another offer was made, and a purchase agreement signed.

The real estate agent never mentioned it. So, on the Thursday morning, when I indicated I wanted to sign as soon as they just confirmed a question of mine, I was told that the property was sold (or rather that the purchase agreement was signed by the seller and the buyer - same same).

Turns out, the buyer had signed the agreement the same day as when I was viewing the property (Tuesday). I was told that there was interest, and someone had put down a number, but I was expressly told that no documents had been signed. Which, obviously, was a lie.

But let's give them the benefit of the doubt. Let's say the agreement was signed by the buyer after I viewed the property but still on that Tuesday. Fine. That means the whole of Wednesday the real estate agent could have told me an agreement was already in front of the seller. I know they can't tell me what the offer was (also a stupid rule as this would create an auction process and get the seller a higher amount). But I didn't want that info, just tell me if someone has already signed.

So basically, because of lack of communication my offer was never presented. And I was paying the purchase price that was asked for. Didn't even try haggle.

This is also the second time this has happened with the same company.

Guys, just communicate. It's not that hard. If you had told me on the Wednesday that someone had signed, I would've signed. Then the seller could've made a choice. If the seller didn't choose my offer - so be it. No hard feelings. But I lost out because you guys have the professional capabilities of an infant.

Your level of underhanded unprofessionalism is nauseating.
