We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen from Homebase Coventry - Gallagher. The quality of the units and appliances is excellent. The first class service provided by Katie was exceptional. She listened to our dreams kitchen and turned into reality. Everything was managed expertly from the beginning to the end. Thank you again Katie and Ryan for your professionalism & brilliant support throughout. Homebase is very lucky to have you both.

Yesterday we purchased a hallway bench from the Gallagher Retail Park store in Coventry. On an earlier visit to the store it only had the display item and no stock, so the store manager James took time to search the other Homebase stores for any available stock. He was able to locate one at the Stamford branch and arranged delivery of the bench to his store. May we thank James and his associated team for their support.

Easy collection, friendly staff, quality product and a good price.

My husband arrived to collect some paint this morning before the store was open. One of the staff members still assisted and went to collect the paint for him so he wasn’t left hanging around for 15 minutes. Thank you Luke at Coventry for helping us out, A1 service from you. Much appreciated!

Took two trips to collect item and then got it home and there were pieces missing! Had to drive back there to pick up some more.

Easy to navigate website, in store at collection was seamless and very helpful and pleasant staff.

Easy to walkaround the store, everything was in its place and i found all the things i needed. However it was cold and the lack of heating made the visit shorter. Jada was very good on the checkout she told me about the special offer on Energiser batteries so i brough 2 packs. I felt sorry for Jada she had to work in a cold environment and the checkout was right by the exit door staff shouldnt have to work in a cold environment. Maybe the manager can get her a fan heater from stock.

The compost bags are sodden, absolutely soaked and have dripped into my car boot, staff member states they are stored outside without any cover,
Car will now have to be aquavacced

Less than 15 mins from making the order online, my item was ready to collect! The staff at the store were very pleasant. The item was readily available upon my arrival. As for the item in question, Homebase 10L dehumidifier, I'm amazed at the amount of moisture that it collects!

Plenty of staff available at the customer service desk. The panelling that I collected was damaged, I was surprised that it wasn’t packaged and protected and was just loosely placed in a trolley that didn’t help with protecting them. A member of staff tried to help me replace 3 panels, however the ones on the shop floor were much worse.

The staff were able to locate my ordered items and bring them to me. Whilst in store I made another purchase and the staff were very helpful in putting this into my car and were careful not to make my car dirty. Thank you very much.

Excellent customer service by Ryan at the Coventry store. He gave me great advice about a sink I bought and I would thoroughly recommend Homebase kitchen department.
