Ordered online and everything was ready by 10am. I was dreading lifting it all into the car but the member of staff who served me brought out the order to my car and loaded it all for me :) so helpful!

Good selection of indoor and outdoor plants and reasonably priced. Kelly was very helpful and knowledgable pointing out which plants might work best in certain areas. Will visit again.

We got some new flowers for our garden. Kelly was super helpful with giving us advice and helping us with everything we needed and even helped us with bringing the plants to check out. Super happy with experience there. Thank you Kelly and team.

Purchased a 19mm wood chisel a few days ago, The make was Silverline Went to use it for the first time and it was so blunt it would have been easier using the edge of a credit card….. very disappointing and I didn’t keep the receipt. ( my mistake)…

Jenn was brilliant. I was indecisive and asked so many questions but she gave me all the time I needed and was very patient! She came to my house to measure up, sent me some drawings of what it would look like. She organised everything so it was minimal stress for me. About a month after delivery I realised there was something missing off the order which she arranged to be sent out straight away, no questions asked. Just really helpful and always contactable. Thank you Jenn :)

We just wanted to say thank you to James in Bathstore in the Homebase Godalming store. He was very professional and listen to everything we were wanting in our new bathroom. He accommodated many changes and really looked after us. We are overjoyed with the finished product! Thank you.

We can’t thank Homebase in Godalming enough for their very generous charity donation! Their donation of pots, compost, flowers and vegetable seeds has brighten up our outdoor learning areas! The children have absolutely loved planting up our allotment areas, and our kitchen staff have even offered to cook up the vegetables they grow so they can enjoy eating them! One of our talented parents also painted up all of the pots, they look beautiful. What a great sense of community, thank you again for being such a great store and supporting your local charities!

Tom was so helpful offering to help me load some heavy gravel into the van (didn't even need to ask for help). Very smiley and helpful.
Jeremy and Mike assisted me in the store and were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Really recommend this store and the staff!

We experienced outstanding customer service from Tom and his friendly team in the Godalming Homebase store today. He approached us, immediately understood our issues and found a great solution, When we returned later in the day to complete our purchase, he organised the CS team and had our order prepared and taken to the car in moments..Really appreciated the help and professional attitude.

2) as soon as I walked through the automatic doors a young employee, who I believe is called Tom, immediately offered to get a trolley and on top of being very helpful, was courteous and polite
A great asset to your store

I visited the garden centre and have no idea about gardening I wanted some plants for my garden. A young lady called Kelly asked if I needed help and to my relief advised me what to purchase. My tubs are looking gorgeous Thank you

Design incorrect. Quotes for installers unrealistic. Products shoddy.
